It certainly doesn't hurt that the meat he starts with is fabulous. Since I had many errands to run, I asked Steven if he had any ice I could use in my insulated bag. He graciously supplied me with several sealed bags of ice which would be sure to keep the pork safe until I reached home. We enjoyed them tonight.
