Top of earring came off of my piecing and I went back to get them to remove the piece in my back. Lady charged me $20 only to tell me she couldn't remove it and to go to a dermatologist. WHY???? Shouldn't they know how to remove piercing they did? And what will the dermatologist do? I wouldn't honestly suggest not to go to Pelican Tattoo due to the unprofessionalism and rudness of the people working there. Beware and stay away because they don't care.
