Had an awesome experience. I got a quote and setup the appointment on yelp so all I had to do is drop off my car. I got my Tesla tinted and wasn't able to pick it up until after hours. But since you have the option to pay online and I can lock my doors in the Tesla app they let me know when it was done so i can lock the doors and pick it up after I get off work! I didn't know there was a leak in my car and water had been pooling up in the passenger floor boards. We tried to clean it out the best we could but there was still mold and mildew smell. Nick came out and did a complete interior detail, figured out where the smell was coming from (under the seat where we didn't check) and made my car look brand new. Had the most amazing experience today with All-Star Auto Detail! I reached out yesterday about mobile detailing for my Honda Odyssey minivan and quickly received a reply with the rate. He was able to get me scheduled for this morning. Luis showed up on time with everything he needed to detail the van. My van was disgusting from my 3 kids snacking in it all the time and tracking in dirt, and he did the MOST AMAZING job. It looks brand new. I wish I had taken a "before" photo! I had a scheduled appointment and had spoken with the representative about leaving my car earlier in the day, about an hour and a half before my appointment. I arrived at 9:30 am and no one was there, business was closed when it was supposed to be open at 9 am. I called and they indicated someone would be there from another neighboring office to assist and get me checked in and determine what specific tint would be appropriate for what I wanted on my vehicle. I waited another 15-20 minutes for someone to arrive only to learn the individual could not assist me with selecting what I needed. This was a waste of not only my time, but that of a friend who was going to take me back while my vehicle was there. Complete lack of professionalism or understanding of people's times when an appointment is scheduled in advance. I understand personal circumstances arise preventing people from being present, but common courtesy is to notify your customer and make accommodations. It would have been fine if I was notified early in the morning or even the night before as I would have rescheduled. Communication with customers is critical. Frustrating experience, I do not recommend any business that values their time more than their customer's. read more

Very flexible schedule but having them come out to you is the best (unless you're one of those people who like hanging out in a car wash parking lot, of course). Horrendous and Disappointing Experience - BUYER BEWARE! I made a big mistake choosing All Star Detail, Tint, and Wraps. I will warn you that All Star Auto does NOT have in-house installers for tint and PFF. In my situation, I had to return on three occasions to complete the job, and it still has issues. The piss poor quality of their work is inexcusable. In preparation to pick up my truck. Adam stated: "There's one portion I think we will have to redo. I want your opinion. But it looks great" (review the first five photos, this was Adam's assessment of great). I was disgusted and instantly had buyer's remorse. My truck has been at this shop three times and still has issues. Review the photos. First five are during sessions 1-2 and the next five are after the third session. I sent many texts to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the work without a response from Adam. I visited Adam on 6/16 and asked what his intentions were in addressing the damage to the truck (the whole point of placing PPF on a vehicle is to protect the paint from getting chipped) and the lines and the residue (review the following five photos) under the PPF. He said he needed to exercise due diligence to ensure the paint chip was not there before they completed the work. Ludacris that this shop had my vehicle on three separate occasions, and if there were ANY damage to the paint before they started the job, he or his hired out-of-shop installers would have brought it to my attention. He said he would speak with his business partners and get back to me. As of today, 7/1/2023, I have not received outreach from the shop. Stating I am dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement! I am not saying my unacceptable experience is what you are in store for. But when it is, remember this review and my frustrating experience. Save yourself the anguish; take your hard-earned money to a shop with the skill set to do the job and do it right, and the business owners are willing to stand behind the quality of their work and not ignore the customer after collection of payment in full. read more

What great service!! I decided to have my husband's car detailed because it hadn't been washed in years(!) -- he commutes and eats on the drive, we have a young child that loves to have dirt on his feet and food in his hands, and we run a lot of errands in his car, so it was quite filthy. Nick came highly recommended from a friend who has used his services several times before and told me "all the people in Folsom use him." I can see why! The caked on dirt on the exterior of the car has disappeared and you can now tell the car is a beautiful pearly white color. The interior is free of all the crumbs, sand, dust, and stains that were embedded into the fabric. There was no rushing this job or taking shortcuts; he worked hard for three hours to make it look spectacular. On top of that, he was extremely kind and understanding. I needed the car cleaned on a specific day and Nick was able to schedule this with short notice. With limited equipment that are yet to be set up, Nick and his team went to work on my car. It only took 2-3 hrs to get everything done and the result was no less than expected. He came and gave me a discount for the trouble, which I appreciated very much. However, he was "unable" to get off any stains from my car seats. He did a great job detailing the exterior and the plastics inside. I ended up taking my car to Suds in El Dorado Hills and they took out my seat stains right away. On 1/14 I made an appt for nick to come to our home to detail our car before selling it. Made appt for 1/18. Said he'd contact me 1/17 to confirm. He Never did so am of 1/18 I started calling and texting him to confirm he was coming at 2:30 as scheduled. Never replied to my calls or texts. Never showed up!
