Barista (nice lady!) is friendly in a non-overly chatty sort of way (which is great when you're not caffeinated in the morning), just amazing. Clearly she has a rapport going with the regulars, which is great to watch. Food is good, nothing fancy but I like it like that. I'm no coffee connoisseur, but I think coffee is fantastically made. With nice coffee art and all. After submitting this review, I'll probably get another coffee!

Bloomsbury Coffee House is actually downstairs, below street level. There is probably two tables in the outdoor downstairs. There is more seating indoors that spans two rooms. They do have counter seating overlooking Marylebone Road with traffic bustling at all hours. The queue tends to be manageable depending on the time of day.
