He told my Son, "don't worry about it, if you ever need tires come back and see us". So, when I called my Son and asked him where I should go to get tires, he told me the above story and said I should go there. So I drove down and had them put 4 new tires on my 2500 truck. They gave me a fair price, were professional and had it done in a timely manner. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them and go back myself. I recently visited the new one in Bozeman looking to replace my tires. I had done some research and had two products in mind. It seemed the service agent couldn't care less about selling me a set of tires. When she told me they did not have my desired models on hand or available in their warehouses she did not even offer alternatives. I had to ask a series of questions to even get her to respond. We finally agreed on a set and I made an appointment to have them installed. I had a very uncomfortable feeling when I left the dealership...the tires seemed quite expensive and the customer service was severely lacking. I searched other dealers the next day and found the tires I wanted (much less cost wise) and canceled my order with Les Schwab. Very disappointed in what had once been my 'go to' stores for tire services.

After waiting an hour and a half, we called again to ask for an estimated time of arrival. They said they would check with the driver and call us back. About 45 minutes later, they called to ask if we still needed help. We confirmed we did, but the response was that they could no longer assist us. When we asked if they knew anyone else who could help, since we only needed a truck with a tow strap to give us a pull, she said no and wished us good luck. We wasted over two hours waiting when we could have been trying to find help elsewhere.
