They refuse to even speak with the shop or look at inspection reports to take responsibility. So now Im stuck with a blown motor on my 2021 vehicle that doesn't even have 32000 miles on it. Staff is extremely immature and full of attitude. They also failed to get any of my information correct (first, last, and phone number). Would NEVER recommend.

While all of the employees were great, Mike took such good care of me. He explained what they were doing and why every step of the way, and constantly kept me informed on price. He was so friendly and polite. These guys are honest, fairly priced, they work hard, and are are so great at what they do. I won a fitness band, but he had the audacity to offer me a $2 lottery ticket instead. The entire encounter was rushed and he tried to get me in and out as quick as possible saying as little as he could...treating me completely subhuman. I was just a task. This isn't how you treat people and I would never ever buy cars from a business that sends out scams. I have never been more disrespected by mechanic. Then, my experience with Paul. I needed to get my…read moreair conditioner fixed. And he just kept making excuses about how he couldn't find the part. The part would be too expensive. I have an old car. It's a 96 Toyota, which runs fine. It only has a 138000 miles on it. And only after a year because I finally quit calling him 20. Wouldn't schedule my appointment and now I'm trying to find the part myself and ask them once I found it. Could he put it in and again? He's making excuses and telling me, oh yes, I can do that. So I have the place call him to ask him if it's the correct part. And he says, I don't know what part she needs. I haven't seen the car for a year when I literally just called him 10 minutes prior he did not know I was on the line. Listening at that point I called him back and asked if he even wanted to do the work all of a sudden, the call was escalated to the point. He hung up on me. I called him back and asked him exactly what the deal was. And he says he doesn't want to do a bunch of work that he's not gonna get paid for and I said, who told you, you weren't gonna get paid. So finally, we get to the place where he says that he's not going to work on my car because he could not sleep at night. Knowing that the air conditioner would cost more than the car's worth. But he can sleep perfectly fine knowing that I have to drive a car without air conditioning make that makes sense, and it only took a year to get that answer. And to be treated like complete trash by a complete chauvinist.
