Let's see, I actually am not really a customer (though in the future I will be)…read more Stay with me! I called these guys about selling my crossbow. The owner got on the phone with me, and helped me find the right way to sell it, and maximize my sale. He flat out told me he would have to give me a really low amount, etc, you know, business talk. My point is, this guy helped me, and he didn't need too. He could have given me $100, he could have made a hell of a profit off my crossbow, and all the stuff I had to go with it. But he didn't. He was more concerned about what was best for me, and took the time out of his day to prove that. A quality a lot of business owners don't have. I highly recommend this place, and when I am looking to buy something in the future, this is where I will go! Love, peace, and chicken grease!

The indoor 3D range is pretty cool too, it's Huge! Their mascots Cooper and Tuck are super friendly dogs and know the range rules. I ended up getting a bow myself the week after and now we have an outdoor range in our yard. Totally hooked on the sport because of The Archery Den.

The owner helped me select a new site,installed it on the spot, then walked me over to the indoor range and assisted me in sighting in my bow! Try getting that type of service at a big box store where you may have to drop your bow off for several days to get serviced. Then were is the service after the sale if the archery pro is not working? This will never be the case at the archery den because the archery pro and shop owner is always on site as long as the doors are open... I will definitely be back to use the indoor range and future purchase for my bow...

I recently visited this location and spoke with an older individual concerning adjusting the draw…read moreweight on my Bow that they are Authorized by Mathews archery to sell and service. As per their advice I returned with the bow and he looked at the bow and commented that the bow was old and glanced at the adjustments on the bow and he made a statement the bow was already adjusted to its lower limits and could only adjusted down one or maybe two more pounds. knowing that this was inaccurate I reached out to Matthews Archery and spoke with a technician and he reassured me that if the bow was set at the factory it had several more adjustments that could takeoff approximately 10 pounds of draw weight. so after the technician advise me on the process I performed it myself and was able to make the adjustment successfully. The point I'm trying to make is that the individual I spoke to at this location really didn't want my business and may have wanted me to invest in a newer up-to-date system. I think that is a bad business practice and unfortunately I will never return to this location to do any type of business or advocate on their behalf

Hands down the friendliest and best customer service I've ever had. I now have a friend looking for his first bow and I'm bringing him directly to Paul because I know he will he taken care of. Definitely would give this place a 10/10 and that's mainly because of the customer service and care that Paul gave me. Not only that the shop is amazing and I love the 3D course!
