Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. When I arrived someone greeted me in the parking lot to do a quick forehead scan to check my temperature. They held the door for me and led me to the pedicure room. I was the only one in the area since they were keeping guests separated. The technician Natasha was professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. She changed her disposal gloves multiple times, kept a face mask on, and used disposable wooden scoops to get products. She also let me test out water temperature and warm towel temperature to make sure it wasn't too hot for my preferences. This was the best spa experience I've had because Natasha was so kind and talented. Overall it was very relaxing and I would return.

During the infusion I felt incredibly relaxed--comfy reclining chair, tucked in with a big blanket, and a quiet moment to read my book. I felt a little tired afterward, but that only lasted about 30 minutes, and now I already feel more alert. I went in because I've been dealing with sleep issues, fatigue, mental fog, and grief from losing my husband, and I'm so glad I scheduled this. Dr. Gillette wasn't onsite at the time, but she personally called me beforehand to walk through everything and followed up afterward, which meant a lot. She left me in great hands with Christine, who administered the IV. She's amazing--I didn't even feel it go in. Ashley scheduled my appointment and was so friendly, and check-in through their app was seamless. I originally booked because I've been so tired, lacking motivation, and I have surgery coming up in a couple weeks. My surgeon said this therapy was fine to do, and I'm planning to have another IV several days after my procedure to help with healing. They're running a Black Friday sale right now, so I'm stocking up on gift certificates and plan to try some of their other treatments, too. I purchased the package of 3 micro-needling sessions which was the way to go since it saves some $. Overall though her prices are at or below every other local place I've checked. Britt is so kind and easy to talk to, and she does a great job of explaining the process and the products she's using. The micro-needling was pretty simple and quick. It's slightly painful on the first session, but the numbing cream she uses helps with that and it gets better with successive sessions. She takes photos before and after so she can keep track of your progress and recommend treatments or products based on your needs. She doesn't sell products there which always makes me feel better, like she's really recommending the best thing for you, not just because she's selling it. Healing went well and my skin looks better than ever! She says she can age you backwards and honestly, I believe it. She does a good job of explaining aftercare and answering any questions you may have. She also does a quick check up two weeks after your first session just to make sure things are going well. I believe the boutique is currently in a transitional space while she waits on another spot to open up nearby.
