We recently used Black Tie Transport for our round-trip airport transfers to/from LAX for a family trip to Manila, and Juan Gonzalez truly made the experience stress-free and memorable. From the very first inquiry, Juan was the quickest to respond among several companies. He answered every question promptly, courteously, and with great detail, which immediately gave us confidence to book with him. His rates were also very fair and competitive compared to the others we considered. For our early morning international departure (requiring us to arrive 4 hours early), I requested a 5:00 AM pickup. Juan arrived even earlier at 4:30 AM, which gave us plenty of time to load and organize our massive amount of luggage: 10 checked bags + 5 carry-ons for a family of 5. His spacious, comfortable van had more than enough room for everything and everyone, making the drive to LAX smooth and relaxed, even on a busy Friday morning. On our return, we actually forgot to send a reminder about the pickup time, but Juan, being the responsible professional he is, remembered perfectly. The moment our plane landed, we received a thoughtful "welcome back home" text from him. He mentioned before that he will monitor our flight's arrival and he was not kidding at all! After a long flight, that small gesture meant so much! He even offered some bottled water which we greatly appreciated. We faced delays exiting customs due to a second inspection of our boxes, and we even ended up with two extra boxes coming home. Juan waited patiently without complaint and gladly accommodated the additional luggage. Juan is simply amazing: exceptionally professional, kind, prompt, reliable, and efficient. He goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is handled perfectly. He truly will never let you down.
