I didn't end upon using the service but I thought that their customer service was worth reviewing. I asked for a quote on Yelp and they were super fast and communication was easy. I got a great deal from Ontario area to LAX. I did not want to bring two bulky car seats with me on my travel and Affluence provided them for a fee! The price was really good to include car seats for my kids with the door to door service. I'd definitely reach out to Affluence again for my next transportation needs. read more

Excellent service. The communication to arrange our transportation to and from LAX was prompt and helpful. Our driver, Greg, was extremely attentive, timely and very friendly. Despite the stress of international flights, he made it easy and the owner reassured me when we had flight changes and a loss of cell service. Pricing was very competitive!! The SUV was very clean and included bottled water and small refreshments. No need to shop "projects" again ... Affluence is our number one! read more

3 words. Affluence Executive Transport!!!! When I say that the service is unmatched, believe me. I travel a lot for work and the biggest hassle I run into is ground transportation. Finding a car service that that isn't a gamble like Uber and Lyft was hard, because you never know what you're getting with those. However I can say with certainty that Affluence is a sure bet. The car: A fully loaded Cadillac Escalade that was spotless insides and out. I was comfortable and ready to tackle the day because my ride was right. When you wanna travel In style this is how you do it. The service: My driver, Greg, was on time, dressed to the nines, had a great sense of direction navigating these LA streets. He not only got me to my destination on time, but when I was ready to leave the Disney concert Hall, I sent over a text and when I walked out he was in front ready to go. You can't beat that kind of service. If I had any questions the office handled everything and made me feel at ease about my travel arrangements. They've got a client for life! We have tried many different car services and by far Affluence is the best! I've never felt more safe and taken care of before. Our driver was so professional and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The car was beautiful and pristine. There were waters and chargers for us which was really nice. We have used this company now several times and will continue to use them for all of our ground transportation needs. I was very impressed how the minute our plane hit the ground we received a text message confirming we landed and our driver was there waiting at LAX for us. Top notch service! I booked this company for my transportation to and from LAX for my trip to Mexico. The driver was on time and very friendly. The interior is very new and modern and bottles of water are ready for you in the holders. The ride was very smooth both ways. Most of the time when I have friends picking me up from LAX, they're always delayed with traffic but our ride was right on time and I got home very quickly. My daughter and 4 others arrived at LAX from two different Texas cities . Affluence was able to coordinate pickup and communicate with them throughout the process and get them home to Anaheim Hills quickly and with courteously. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Affluence Executive Transport was more than we expected. I had a Saturday, family gathering for Labor Day and had family coming from 4 different counties. I really wanted my mother to attend but she is elderly and cannot drive at night. She lives about 40 miles from the venue and it wasn't feasible for me to go pick her up as I was hosting. So, my brother contacted Affluence Executive Transport. We understood Greg was the main driver, but my mother refused to get in a car with a "Man". Affluence Executive Transport made sure my mother was comfortable and Alicia volunteered to drive my mother to and from the venue. Alicia not only took care of our mom, and made her feel safe and comfortable, she kept us briefed from start to finish. She even called and texted us as she walked my mom to her front door, making sure she was safely in the house before departing. Alicia, God sent you to us and we thank you for making our family celebration such a memorable event. read more

A SHOPPING CENTER!!!!!!!! We all paid a fortune to this company to have them show up and do what we paid them to do. BECAUSE OF HIS TARDINESS, we had to leave half of our party at home and sped our son and his cousins to the graduation as they were 15 minutes late at the time. I guess there was a mix up in communication and they thought we were leaving at 11. I don't know but all I know is that we didn't have a bus to carry all of us, (graduation only allowed 2 cars and we had over 4 to 5 cars worth of people. ). The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.
