It's rather spread out over a large plot of land. I originally contemplated walking the course, it's pancake fat, but nursing a lower back injury and not feeling 100% I decided to ride. Glad that I did. There are long stretches between the putting greens and the next tee box. I estimate that a total walk would be about 8,500 yards. Course conditions are okay, not pristine. Putting greens rolled about 10 on the Stimp scale. Fairways are mowed adequately. If your ball does end in the trees / rough, it's usually pretty easy to find. Though some fairways are lined with painful thorn filled blackberry bushes, just like most golf courses in northern California. If you are wearing shorts you won't be crawling through the stickers to retrieve your ball. For a senior golfer during the week the green fee is $52. Not a bargain, but this is the going price at many of the other courses in the metro Sacramento / Placer county region. I did enjoy the game here. Did I like it more than the Cherry Island municipal course located in Elverta (12 minute drive from here)? Probably not. Cherry Island layout is more interesting and more challenging.

That's complete BS. I booked a full size that had the emerald executive badge on the reservation which grants me access to ANY vehicle in the executive row. They tried charging me double. Thank God I confirmed the price before exiting. It was a complete nightmare experience. I filed a complaint with corporate and will look to get a partial reimbursement when I return the vehicle to them. I will never rent from this scam National location ever again as this is the third time I've had issues either with extremely low inventory and/or incompetent, unfriendly staff. WTF?!). Being the first screening of the night that is just bad planning. Lines for everything was understandably long and most of the attractions were simply people jumping out at you. I actually laughed more by other people's reactions than anything else. The unlimited pass isn't worth getting as they open 7-11pm with each attraction taking at least 30mins so you can't make it to all 10 even if you are here for the entire duration. The highlight it's probably the random staff members dressed up walking through the park. I could imagine it being a lot more fun if you came with a huge group of friends after hitting up a local bar... or three.

If you're wearing a sweatshirt, and have shirt on underneath they will ask if you're comfortable removing it. After making it through I was very surprised to see all of the food choices have changed and 100% for the better! I grabbed a coffee at temple which I thought would eat some spare time but the whole process was surprisingly quick. You order and pay at the kiosks up front which helps the like go quickly. Then once your order is ready your name is called out. I think I only waited a total of 10 minutes! The one thing I will say is that sometimes they don't call names out very loudly so you have to stand close.

With that being said, they are making changes to the airport to expand it and hopefully improve it even more, but there are fears that with growth there will be some hurdles and drawbacks. For now, they have made some fun changes including many local businesses being featured in Terminals A and B. I love that they're sharing local flavors with the people passing through our airport and highlighting some of the cool places in our city. From our trips the airport is easy to arrive to, pick others up from, check into flights and navigate, they offer some decent food and drink options, and have a good amount of seating for those waiting on their flights. They also fly to a good amount of places with non-stop or connecting flights. Security is typically very efficient and we always arrive early for our flights and find ourselves with plenty of time ahead of takeoff to visit the restroom, pick up some bites or sips, and walk around. Baggage claim is also pretty straight forward and we've never had a problem picking up luggage after a trip and getting picked up or requesting a ride from Uber/Lyft. This airport is one of the more comfortable and easy to navigate airports that we've been through.

Overall, though both of us are fans of boba tea- we would suggest a different vendor or more training for the staff preparing the samples. Roughly half of the flavors were not good at all. Additionally, they listed "boozy" flavors on the menu but never said anything about how to get those or whether they were included. Second problem- we preordered dumplings as did apparently a LOT of people. There were no dumplings on the train, only rice bowls. Furthermore- the waitress didn't know what we were talking about when we mentioned having preordered food. At least half of the tables in our car had preordered dumplings and were very disappointed. There was no information on how to obtain a refund if we didn't want the substitute of a rice bowl. About halfway through our trip, the train lost power which included lights, air conditioning, and the ability to flush toilets. Power stayed off with no explanation for more than 15 minutes, causing the car to become very warm and stuffy. Overall, this excursion suffered from lack of communication, lack of staff training, lack of preparation on the part of the organizers. Given the cost, I would not recommend this.
