Toilets were a must, but I was partial to having some that were ADA accessible and air conditioned, in case it was a really hot day/weekend, instead of standard port-a-potties. Besides, we had a lot of people coming in from out of town and wanted to treat them well. Communication was prompt and professional; delivery, service, and retrieval were all seamless, and my guests were just BLOWN AWAY. Don't underestimate the value of spacious, clean and sparsely, but thoughtfully decorated bathroom trailers! Would use again in a heartbeat.

There was an ADA compliant stall as well as a changing table in the main family restroom. This was so essential and our guests were blown away by how clean all the stalls were. Ariana was absolutely amazing through the entire process!…read moreI had let her know up front that we were funding our wedding and working with a pretty strict budget for florals, but that I love fresh flowers and we were hoping to make our florals our "decorations" since we are both pretty simple and wanted the natural beauty of fall to be our "decor". She worked closely with us to really nail down our "vision", and when we met in late summer she actually had a mock up (using real/gorgeous flowers!) and allowed us to take the centerpiece home. That blew me away! In late August I had a bit of a change in my vision due to bridesmaid dresses, and I expressed my concern (lighter colors, etc). She knew the exact fix, and the bouquets were breathtaking. When she delivered the boquets to the hotel, they nearly brought me to tears (I already had makeup done so I couldn't cry!) They were beyond my expectations, and just perfect! When I arrived at the reception, she had also gone WAY above and beyond by providing chair florals (which were not within our budget) and also had prepared a "special" head table centerpiece. I had multiple people ask for her information, and without hesitation I would recommend for any event! She was such a nice person to work with, and her product was just beyond perfect! I'm sure there is so much more behind he scenes I don't even know about (I got word she stayed to help set out the centerpieces/chair florals at our venue, etc) but everything I do know makes me so greatful we found her! I wanted to be an event planner up until I entered grad school (well maybe I still do) so I…read morethought, it is totally easy to plan my wedding all by myself, but I remembered back to the little details that I forgot with my grandpa's funeral that Kelly helped organize and so I talked to Kelly. She is so awesome. She instantly had me meeting with amazing vendors in my budget and even (nicely) kicked my butt when I wanted something that would put me out of my budget unnecessarily (although the customized stamps for a dollar a piece seemed REALLy reasonable at the time - now I know that spending $120+ on stamps was not fun and it would have made it closer to $300 if I went with my bright idea...thanks Kelly). Ok back to the review. well.. do your homework. Read even the filtered reviews too. But I think you can't go wrong with Kelly as your wedding planner, she keeps you organized, and makes it a lot less stressful and actually the reason you should go with Kelly (or another wedding planner) is that she save you money, time and stress, (but especially, tangibly money =D, which is important to me).

I have so many good things to say I don't even know where to begin! Very punctual and organized. Easy going- we had quite the unconventional wedding. Full of referrals and Ideas when you need it. and like the other yelper said, practical, classy and calm. She even noticed that the cake flavors were incorrect and took pictures of each tier and sent them to me after the wedding. Our wedding day went perfectly. I planned the event myself and had a hard time giving up the control of running it. She made that much easier than I expected. My hubby and I were able to enjoy our day, knowing that everything was very well taken care of.
