Zach is great. I needed a very quick turnaround on a broken laptop. I went to Best Buy and they…read moresaid they would need to send it out and replace the motherboard and it would take 4 days minimum. They recommended I try Mobile Klinik. Zach checked out the laptop, identified the part, made sure there was no other damage. He said they would need to get the part in but could fix it without replacing the whole motherboard because they can micro-solder it. It would be a two-day turn-around and be cheaper. Because of the timeline I just had to borrow someone's laptop but Zach was very helpful and told me how to avoid the damage in the future. I will definitely start here if I need help in the future.

The guy who runs the shop is surprisingly easy to talk to. Most repair shops are all business or…read morewant a lot of money up front. I've actually learned a lot by talking with him over the years since I can actually ask him questions about what's wrong. Big repair shops or stores just take a computer and ship it off. But here you can actually work with him. Another thing I'm grateful for is him not overcharging you if the problem is small. A few times I've been there and just paid a bit to replace a part or fix something quickly. Places like Best Buy wanted a hundred bucks before they'd even look at it. I've resolved a few issues over the phone too so I didn't even need repairs. That's pretty nice in this day and age. He's knowledgeable, but he is still just one guy. A store or warranty service can admittedly do more but they have a whole team. Still, as I said, he doesn't overcharge for things like other places do. Friendly people are rare these days.
