My daughter had followed Love That Dress on facebook and was interested in several of the dresses that where featured on her page. We made an appointment to meet with the owner, Sharon, to check out the dresses. Working out of her home, Sharon had a large selection of both long and short designer dresses/gowns. Sharon knew her stuff and would recommend dresses that she thought might look good on my daughter. My daughter ended up selecting a dress that she would have never tried on in another Retail store. It was stunning on her. Her prom was this past weekend. The dress was a big hit with her and all her friends. I don't know who was more envious, her friends or their parents once they heard we had rented the dress! This time the girl didn't open them at all. She just gave us the box rung my husband up and we walked out. By the time we got home which was 45 minutes away I opened the box up, and the shoes were dirty and had been used. The white souls look like they had been walked in the dirt with. When I called the girl back, she acted so nonchalant as if it happens. Those were her exact words oh, I'm sorry, it happens. I can only imagine what this girl's feet look like and if she wears dirty shoes and is OK with it. When I entered the staff did not great me or make an effort to leave behind the counter. As I looked around the store and the pile in my arms began to grow no one offered to get me a fitting room. I had to look around to even find the dressing room. When I finally checked out the associate put up a finger asking me to wait while she finished her milk shake. When she asked if I found everything. I told her that I was disappointed and asked if I could talk to the manager. She stated she was the assistant manager of the store and acted as if it was no big deal that she ignored me my whole shopping trip. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this location again.

I dropped $33 for half a polyester shirt, but I'm ok with paying a bit more to support the community. Drop in today! Or just look through the windows.
