Fail to respond to phone calls I did not hear from him until Friday and that's after I made a post on yelp and his website on Facebook other than that, he would not respond to text or phone calls. I've had to spend over $1500 to get something repaired that should've been covered under warranty because it was slowing and stopping my business, and due to his unprofessionalism and miscommunication, he makes unprofessional upfront, but when it comes to honoring his service, you can't depend on him.

Steve was very conscientious about protecting our financial interests. When we first brought our Mercury into Bell and Osborn for repair, Steve was quite certain that it was a total loss. Steve found issues with the car that the initial insurance adjuster's estimate did not cover. Rather than starting to disassemble the car and racking up labor charges that would reduce the dollar amount of our eventual settlement, Steve worked directly with his assigned adjuster to explain the additional damage. The end result was that the insurance company deemed the car as a total loss, and we received the full settlement amount. Thank you, Steve and Jessica! The price of replacing my radiator had me feeling physically sick for days because I had no idea if it would total my car or not. They worked around the budget that I had said to find the most workable price for me, and then when my transmission shot in my car 2 weeks later, they found a way to connect a minor transmission repair to my radiator and gave it to me for free. Saving me, what could have been, 100-1k at other stores. Their customer service is off the charts, very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to bring my car here for the coming years.

I never have any issues with integrity (as is common in the auto repair business) and can trust them to tell me when I absolutely need to do something that it is the mechanics best estimate based upon his skill and experience and NOT some corporate revenue goals like other companies seem to. I have dealt with Matt, the shop manager since he was the desk guy in Cottleville and he has always let me know when something could be put off for a bit so it could be budgeted for versus a surprise AND when they need to be done immediately. They also go out of their way to get me the best prices on parts by working with a number of parts companies in town and not just calling the dealer. The staff at both locations truly have an interest in the safety of me and all who ride in my vehicles. 10/10 highly recommend

Two years ago I had Len's Auto Repair replace a coil on the back valve cover. The mechanic doing…read morethe work dropped my aluminum intake manifold and broke a corner off. They told me they were locating a used one and found one in Kentucky. Called and said vehicle was repaired and ready. Wasn't until a while later I realized they had only JB Welded the corner back onto intake and not replaced it. No issues or check engine lights so I let it be. Fast forward two years and I have an oil leak on back valve cover. I went in to get an estimate and told them, by the way, when you did the repair two years ago and YOUR employee dropped and broke it you didn't replace the intake like you said. The estimate was $973 and I said I'll do it myself. When I removed the intake the corner piece was separated from the intake. ( I JB didn't last) I took it to the shop and showed them and said all I should do is grind off old JB Weld and reapply some. I said can't you do it for me since YOUR mechanic broke it. Again, they said all I had to really do was clean it up and put some more JB on it. Once again, I said well I think you should do it since you broke it and he said well it would be a week or two because I have mechanics on vacation and etc. etc.. I just shook my head and walked out. I will never give this place anymore business and I will spread the word to all my friends and family. I advise anyone else to do the same!
