Mario was friendly and honest about his work. He didn't bat an eye when we told him we'd be paying ourselves. My car was done when promised and came in under the quote price. (He even replaced a piece I forgot about that I broke a couple years ago during a flood in Castleton.) My entire hood had to be repainted. There's no scratches, random marks, or circular patches on it. It looks like it came right off the assembly line. He also picked up my car at my house and dropped it off when the work was complete. The staff provided a tour of the facility, smiles and water for my grandkids. This was truly the finest level of customer service I've received in the US and abroad.
