My 2020 Kia SUV went in for repairs on 07/15 and I was initially told repairs would probably take…read moreabout a week. On 07/18 I got a text saying that the estimated completion date was 07/29. So it would take two weeks... Not great news but at least it's getting fixed! Over the next 10 days I got about 7 texts letting me know that everything was on track for 07/29 completion. So with this news I scheduled a Drs appt for 07/30. I got a text again on Thurs (07/25) and Fri (07/26) telling me that we are on time for Monday (07/29) and if any delays happen they will call me. I wait all day on Monday for the call that it's ready and didn't get a call. So at about 4:30PM (they close at 5PM) I call and am told that it's getting cleaned but won't be ready until the next day. At this point I'm stuck. Drs office closed at 4PM, so I can't cancel the Appt for Tuesday morning. I call the next morning and get told I should have called the day before and now there is a fee for a No-Show. I wait all morning for that call from Gerber and get nothing So... Again at 1:30PM (they opened at 8AM) I text them wanting to know what was going on with my car. About 10 minutes later I get a call that it's ready. I went and got my car and headed home. When I got home my wife asks how it looks and went out to see it. She came back in asking what was hanging from underneath the passenger side front bumper. I went out and looked and it was a Zip Tie through one of the mounts for the bumper (which was just replaced) and the bolt was missing. Now really peeved, I drove back and the manager came out and looked at it. He went in and looked at the pictures that they had taken before the repairs and there was no Zip Tie. He took the car back into the shop and put in a new bolt and the tech told him "that's how it was when it came in"! They take plenty of pics so they can't be blamed for things that were already damaged SO... If the bumper That they replaced) were missing the bolt AND being held on by a zip tie I can guarantee they would have documented and taken pictures of it. He also told me that there were many missing clips. Once again... They had to remove them to replace the bumper and if they were missing it would have been documented. Since the bumper was the part replaced, then new clips should have been part of the repair (unless they weren't missing and the tech that zip tied my bumper on also didn't replace them). All in all.... Even though the repaired bumper and fender look like new, it wasn't a great first experience with Gerber. The extra day for the repair would have been "no problem" IF... They had contacted me so I wasn't waiting all day and could have canceled my Drs appt. Then finding the Zip Tie repair just really topped things off!

The reception ladies were amazing and I will recommend anyone to this place. Although I hope I'm not in a situation anytime soon to NEED them, I would gladly go back.

Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

They said they wouldn't even be able to look at it until Monday, so I remembered Eagle Auto which was half a mile away. I got there 10 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I will most definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon) when I'm in need of service. They also gave a ride to a gentleman that came a little after me. Very nice. Well stocked coffee bar and snacks. Jessica asked if I needed to do any work bc they have an office for people that work while they wait. How great is that? Thanks Eagle Auto for your kindness, thoroughness and promptness.
