Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! The technician called back shortly to say that after running diagnostics, no error codes showed up. Imagine my surprise and relief. Other repair shops - I will not name them, would have conveniently "found" a problem, made a fake repair, and then handed me an outrageous bill for work that had never been done. Discount Auto Repair ran the diagnostics at no charge and wished me happy holidays. You can't get much better service than that. If and when my car officially goes on the blink, I will gladly return to this shop for repair work.
