This is a great place to shop and get advice. I found these guys when I had just gotten into airsoft and they have been a lifesaver. It's nice to have a place with parts and guns local so you don't have to order stuff and wait. Great selection of guns, gear and parts. Friendly and helpful staff as well. The techs they have are very knowledgeable and will give advice with no issues. I have been there several times with issues on my gun and wanted to fix it myself, but they still pointed me in the right direction and gave advise on what could be wrong even though I was not paying them to fix it. Most places would not be bothered if they were not making money off of you. Lots of parts of different brands in stock. Very handy when you break something before a game and don't have time to wait for shipping. I like that I can see the guns and get a feel for them before buying. They are awful. Their techs are inexperienced at best. They prey on kids and parents who don't know much about Airsoft. Their prices are not competitive and the owner is a shady business operator. I would avoid unless they are the only place in existence that carries the particular weapon or piece of kit you are looking for. I've given them a fair amount of business in the repair side of things and it has been nothing but a headache each and every time. Typically involving them making the problem worse and me having to get a friend to help me correct it. This place is great! I have been buying equipment from Blackjack Tactical for little over a year now. I have bought several airsoft guns from them and they have not hesitated to back up what they sell! I have to be prepared to spend at least a half hour when I go because it is a family atmosphere. This literally is a Mom and Pop joint and I love supporting local business. These guys have always been fair with me especially on any bigger purchase. These guys are great. I had a LMG airsoft gun that I was having trouble with fixing, and no one else in the area (playing field) had any idea on how to fix my issue. I heard about Black Jack Tactical through a buddy and drove down to drop off my LMG. I got a phone call about a day later after they fixed it. Honestly, this is the best airsoft store I've been too. The staff is friendly, willing to work with you and glad to answer any questions you have. Anytime I've had a problem with a gun, their Tec was able to fix it. My friends and I have never have a problem with their business.
