They spend a lot of time answering questions and managing the wait list. You can walk in for the wait list but there is no guarantee you'll be seen that day. It's best to make an appointment with the individual staff member. Rachael does it through her website link. But I've made about 3 appointments online and am definitely seen at my appointment time. Every experience I've had is good when I see the actual piercer. She explains everything to me and each person is very picky about making sure the location is good for the piercing. Rachael would even start over several times with her marker to make sure it's even and satisfactory to her. It's great they're getting really busy since they opened. Please be patient and kind to them. Each piercer refuses to rush a job and they barely get to take a break when I stop in on weekends. Let them take as much time for each client as they need. I'm sure you'd want the same attention for yourself. I need to stop going back because I keep piercing more and more things. But I'll be back at least for my follow up for my tragus.

She walked through the process as she was doing the piercing and also explained the cleaning and maintenance process. They have a few couches available to sit and relax while you wait. She listened patiently when I told her my concerns about the lettering. She chose a word size which fit so nicely! I am proud of my artwork - Caitlin's artwork!
