Due to the pandemic, they are even stricter now after the Delta variant with mandatory masks, no walk-ins, and no guests. I was in right before they enacted the stricter rules and was very impressed by how clean everything was. It has been a few decades since my last tattoo, but I was familiar with the process and knew about the sterilization, etc. They really put me at ease.Everyone was friendly and while professional, it felt like it was more of a family then coworkers there. They spend a lot of time answering questions and managing the wait list. You can walk in for the wait list but there is no guarantee you'll be seen that day. It's best to make an appointment with the individual staff member. Rachael does it through her website link. But I've made about 3 appointments online and am definitely seen at my appointment time. Every experience I've had is good when I see the actual piercer. She explains everything to me and each person is very picky about making sure the location is good for the piercing. Rachael would even start over several times with her marker to make sure it's even and satisfactory to her. It's great they're getting really busy since they opened. Please be patient and kind to them. Each piercer refuses to rush a job and they barely get to take a break when I stop in on weekends. Let them take as much time for each client as they need. I'm sure you'd want the same attention for yourself. I need to stop going back because I keep piercing more and more things. But I'll be back at least for my follow up for my tragus.
