I showed up on 3/25/24 so that the installers could take a look at my truck, and the clerk at the register told me that I was not in the system. I was surprised but I was willing to get input into the system as I had time. After an unusually difficult process of the clerk making a call and getting info from I guess the owner, I was given a new quote of $561. Unfortunately, I did not have the appetite for the scheduling issue and a price adjustment, so I left as there are alternatives that are just as good if not better. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

We were happy enough that we went straight back with our 2013 Lexus RX for a polish and ceramic coating. The change was incredible. It brought the black paint back to a deep mirror finish, eliminated a lot of the scratches, and honestly made it look years newer, all for a very reasonable price.
