He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. Replacing a Windshield on a Motorhome is much more difficult that doing the same thing on a car. It takes a lot of work and effort to take the windshield off and even more of an effort to do it with quality. Parts of the bus have to come off and all go back on and proper Caulking and setup are critical. These guys did a GREAT Job. Fixing issues that the previous guy did poorly. I would highly recommend them and rarely right such glowing articles....

Communication throughout the process was poor -- I had to chase updates and felt left in the dark more than once. But the real issue came when I picked up my 4Runner. The damage was to the rear bumper, and I immediately noticed the rear hatch would no longer stay open. When I brought it to their attention, I was told they hadn't touched the hatch. But there were absolutely no issues with it when I dropped the vehicle off. They chalked it up to coincidence, refused to take any responsibility, and were very dismissive. There are plenty of body shops out there -- I'd recommend shopping around.

Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did.
