Upon completion and inspection, I notice a deep horizontal scratch across the entire window. He apologized, said he would reorder and reinstall. Never heard from him again. I got tired of following up. And that was that. I never did a negative review, I got what I paid for. Fine. However, a few months after he installed the glass, my side door panel separated from the base and is not attached. That I could not take. I never reached out for him to fix it because if he didn't keep his word on the glass replacement that came damaged, why would he fix his faulty install? Now that I'm getting a new car and have time to review after waiting a year for a reply, I Do Not Recommend this business. Do not support this business, especially if you have a luxury vehicle. The money I spent in fixing this after the fact, I could have spent upfront at the dealership to have it done correctly, under warrantee the 1st time.

I refused to accept that, and that's when I got in contact with Kieth. He was very responsive, followed up with me when other companies would not and worked with me to find the best day for him to come out. He gave me a VERY good price that was so much better then what I was offered initially. The best part? When I asked him when he would be here, he was right on time with his ETA and he finished almost exactly when he said he would. I was working from home so I could not come out to greet him but he was willing to interact with my spouse and I got to speak to him after the installation. I received my car back with the heads up display not working and was told I'd have to come back tomorrow. Guess I'm missing more work. And to top it all off there was pollen all over my dash touch screen radio and gauges. ( I'm allergic to pollen) they couldn't even have used an air hose to blow it off after they worked. If you value your time,money, and any sort of quality Work take your car somewhere else. Update a week later still no progress my hud is dim in the day my whisper fluid was not plugged back in and the plastic housing that cases the sensors on my windshield is loose and rattling. Further update things are looking up spoke with the owner and she said she is going to speak with Genesis and see what happened. Further updates: my HUD IS FIXED it was a long journey to get here but my work has finally been completed. The glass they installed was defective so it's not their fault.
