There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers.
