Very unprofessional. Got my rear window tinted and it was cut short and crooked and started peeling off a few days later. They did give me my money back and remove the tint but the owner and his son hid in the back like little rats. First time getting windows tinted! Couple months ago, I picked Blackout Window Tinting based solely on reviews! Danny was great from the start and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the different options. We had our 2021 Tacoma and 2008 Ford Edge done.... all windows. Beautiful work!! However, my Ford kept having issues with the tint peeling from the bottom. Adrian and Danny got on it right away and used a different process to assure it wouldn't happen again! Haven't had issues since. Danny went above and beyond and even offered extra work at no cost because of my concern about the ceramic still not blocking out the heat to the level I thought it would. Had my windows tinted here and the film started to come off after a year, and when I went back to explain for them to fix, they asked for receipt (which is understandable but I Dnt keep receipts after 6months and also trusted their work for me to not keep a receipt) so they turned me down and wanted $120 to do the simple 1 window fix?! Never will I go again here, platinum tint is where you should go! Tell em that black out tint didn't take care of you, they will hook you up like they did with me . read more

I got my Tesla model Y for tinting and PPF to Blackout Window Tinting recently. Danny, Adrian and team did excellent job in both tinting and PPF application. PPF application cuts are very precise and provides full coverage on each panel. Tinting is also as good as the PPF work. They did a really good job for a much better price than I could've gotten down in San Jose. I made $180 and had the same work estimated in San Jose for $275. The only problem is, they told me the job would take about an hour and a half and it took them four hours. If I had dropped the car off, that wouldn't be a big deal, but I was waiting for it so it was a real pain. read more

So I was on the way to pick up my car, I spotted it in the front parking lot and damm my first response is "That my car!" I was really impress on how a tint can make a car look so much nicer. Chad (I think that's the manager name) help me a lot by letting me come before open hours to drop off my car, so I can get to work at 9am, which he was understanding and cool about. Worst service ever. I called a week ahead and made an appointment. Got an estimate and told me it would be a 2-3 hour job. I was all excited, just bought a new car and was gonna get down with a badass tint job. Or so I thought. Showed up almost half an hour before my appointment, guy at the counter said he couldn't find my appointment and that it would be at least a 5 hour wait because there where cars before me. I took a day off of work for this and made a damn appointment!!!!! WTF!!! Dude acted like he didn't care offered no solution other than you can leave it here or F off. read more
