Lisette assured us she could do this job for us. My husband specifically asked how soon she could start. At the end September, she informed us she would not have time to complete our job this year. This left us scrambling for someone to do the job during the busy season and with very little time left. We paid her an astronomical amount of $750 for her to stakeout the property and to complete the permit paperwork, which only took her a few hours. We would not have paid this amount, knowing that the job would not be completed. We tried to reach an agreement over email about what would be fair, but Lisette wouldn't meet us in the middle. The workers were professional and did a great job from beginning to end. A week after the install we had an issue with our toilets backing up and thought it might be septic related, they sent the team back out that same day. After they did some detective work, they found out it wasn't related to the septic tank, there was a clog in the main pipe near the toilets. Even though it was completely unrelated to their work, they did their best to get the clog removed. I would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Septic Systems based on my experience, I was very impressed.

Josh's team has been amazing , working solidly for the last three days to cut through the concrete foundation in order to dig the trench for the drain line. We have been lied to and almost swindled by other companies, so glad we called Oregon Sewer and Drain for a 2nd opinion in Cottage Grove, the others were telling us we had to evacuate the building and it would take weeks and cost well over 50K, Oregon Sewer and Drain came all the way from Silverton for us and had the issue repaired in a couple hours and could not find the river of sewage under our complex the other company said was there. We had one of our complexes without water due to a small water company being down and needing repairs, Josh recommended a company in SIlverton, the water company was grateful for a new company to call, they were up and running quicker than any other company could have arrived to inspect.
