No call the day of or before, despite it showing and stating the appointment was booked. My advice: dont use so many technology advertising/booking tools if your business doesnt have the capacity to integrate them into your schedule properly. People will use booking tools you provide and expect them to be honored the same as a booking over the phone.

Everyone in the crew was clean and neat in appearance and arrived right on time. They were coming and going throughout the day and there were a bunch of them, including Tony Lescanec and Jim Thomason, and they were all really great guys (I say "guys" because I saw no women on site). I'm the type that wants to know stuff and I asked a lot of questions. They were always courteous and friendly in answering everything I "needed" to know. After the install, they went over each piece with us, including the new fancy thermostat. The system is fantastic - it's so quiet - and it works great! I can't wait to see how it does during the upcoming HOT summer months. Btw, they left the area rather clean, save for a couple of pointy screws. Great work by the team from Roth Home. We had to talk to an AI on Saturday but the bot scheduled a technician to come out to our house in Gaston, Oregon. The technician was here within three hours.. The technician's name was Brenden F. and he was extremely nice and speedy and practical. We were worried about parts stores being closed and that would run up the bill, but he had a part for it and replaced it on site. The technician was here for less than a half an hour, and we had cold air running into my child's room again, Just in time for nap time!

He even helped me look for my dog who had gotten out and taught me how to do some maintenance on my own. They don't seem to have anyone in the office, if they even have an office. You only get an outgoing message of a female voice stating they are either away from the desk or busy with another client. The service guy, in this case Ryan Adams, per caller ID, possibly on his cell phone, doesn't call you back till the end of the day to schedule an appointment later. Neither phone is answered otherwise. My appt. was for 0900-1000. Ryan still hadn't shown up by 1100 and still wouldn't answer my calls nor one from the supposed office. Still no phone call by 1200 noon. I left messages on both numbers to call me. No response. He NEVER showed up. The home warranty company was called earlier and notified. They also only got outgoing messages on both phones. They were told to reschedule me with someone else, and I don't want to deal with this company in the future concerning lack of professionalism and lack of communication.

Our Alpine‑installed Lennox HVAC system failed after only five years when the compressor motor…read moredied. Even though the part was fully covered under warranty, Alpine insisted we pay for the labor, $1,100 in refrigerant, and the $125 service fee. When I questioned the charges, they simply threw the warranty at me and pointed to the line saying refrigerant isn't covered -- as if that excused a failure that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Their original bill came to $1,750 for a problem that wasn't ours to begin with. Being charged for someone else's mistake just doesn't sit right with me. I asked multiple times for the service manager to call me so we could discuss the charges. He didn't call until two weeks after the repair was already completed. He claimed he had called several times, but after checking my call log, he had only called once -- and didn't leave a message. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their work and communicates honestly, you may want to look elsewhere.
