I hired a different company and they fixed the problem for $550. They advertise and led me to believe they would fix the unit. They only wanted to charge me money and didn't care to fix it. I know this because I called and sent many emails about this issue and NEVER got a proper response. The RESPONSE I got was pay $682 dollars or we will SUE YOU!!!

Mike replaced my HVAC system back in May of 2010, and I think he did it at a great price. We've…read morehad some issues with the system throughout the years, but he's been incredibly responsive and timely in coming out to address the issues. The compressor went out in Sep of 2015, he came out, replaced it, and the same issue happened again no more than a couple weeks later. Mike was stunned. He said he's never had so many problems with a Rheem unit, which he highly recommends and stands by. He believed the unit must be a lemon so he went back to the distributor and got them to replace the entire outdoor unit for me under warranty. The new unit was even a SEER rating higher than the previous one! I've been nothing but blown away by Mike's customer service and dedication. I will, without a doubt, continue to use him.

Since Monday September 15 (Monday) we had no AC and our houses temperature reached a ridiculous temperature of 89. I called Patrick Taylor from Taylor AC and I told him about my issues. I told him I was just looking for estimates and if he does them for free which he replied YES. He said he could be out there and look at what I had. I received his estimate that night and told him that I would like his assistance in getting me a new AC. On Wednesday the equipment was dropped of at his company and he said he will be here today to install it (Thursday). I was super pleased because I thought it was going to be another week but it was the next day. His team got here and went right to work. They were incredible and fast and efficient on getting us comfortable again. After a couple of hours we noticed our temperature dropping from 89 to about 80 and could feel the difference. What I liked most about the company that if they didn't like or how it looked they went back and fixed it. They were very picky on how they were making my AC look. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has AC issues. I could ramble on but he and his team have no idea of how I feel about them and their work. I called Quigley's desiring to have a light installed for my mother-in-law for Christmas. Even…read morethough it was last minute, and they were packed full of appointments for the holiday season, they promised to do their best to take care of her, and they did just that! I received a call from Angie letting me know that they were sending a crew out and the guys arrived exactly at 9am. They not only installed the front porch light, but tested her side and back flood lights as well. They kindly bypassed my mother-in-laws motion sensor on the side of the house (see picture), which saved me from purchasing another light, and even replaced the light bulbs as well. These guys were extremely professional and very accommodating. I plan to call them for an estimate concerning my laundry room since they do lighting, heating, cooling and hot water heaters. Truly pleased with the service received!

For the staff they're always friendly, however the knowledge and workmanship was below average. For the plumbing side the quote was $1500, with me providing all parts and price just covering labor and permits. The first tech that came out told me I need have a larger intake and vent system in order to install it in my garage which was wrong. The second tech was more knowledgeable, but tied the T&P line and drain line together which I later learned was against code from the city inspector. I also realized they never pulled the permit after waiting two weeks, with no inspection through the city. However, when these concerns were brought up to the plumbing manger it was immediately addressed. For electrical department definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. The tech came out and quoted me $1000 to install an independent outlet for my water heater, I only expected the quote because I didn't want to delay the plumbing install and was out of town. The tech that came out installed the outlet about 7-8ft high, with no surge protection, which I later found out was against code from the city inspector. Worst off when I tried to talk to the manager in the electrical department to tell him he needed a permit he wouldn't call me back and just kept telling the staff to inform me it wasn't required. Yet you literally could go to the city website and right on the homepage it was clearly required. In order to resolve the issue I went to the city and spoke to the lead Building Service Department Manger who sent an email to the company. I suggest if you use this company you setup an account with the city so you can see if permits are pulled and follow the whole process or just go to Escambia County Building Services Dept if you have any concerns. Also service was provided end of 2024 so not sure if any policies or changes were made after my issue.
