Many different types of lavender are available and some not quite so common varieties to slice it up. Very well kept beds make it easy for people of all kinds to be able to enjoy their u-pick events. I've bought several varieties of lavender starts from them over the last couple of years and they are doing fantastic. Live music and lawn games abound as well during their events. 10/10 recommend a day trip to experience the farm or catching them at farmers market.

One of the unexpected highlights was Farmer Andrew's Tulip Talk -- I honestly don't know why this isn't front and center in every piece of marketing, because it was absolutely wonderful. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and his talk gave our visit so much more depth and meaning. Don't skip it! The u-pick experience was pure joy. We each got to hand-select 10 stems straight from the fields, wandering through row after row of stunning colors and varieties. The farm is beautifully laid out with so many gorgeous spots to sit, slow down, and just soak in the views of the tulips against the backdrop of the Cascades. We never felt rushed -- it truly felt like they wanted you to linger and enjoy every moment. The mini Highland cows are absolutely adorable and a total delight, especially for kids. The food vendors on site were a lovely bonus -- great options for both a meal and a snack, so you can easily make a full half-day of it. What also stood out was how relaxed the atmosphere felt. It wasn't overly crowded, and the whole vibe was welcoming and unhurried. You can tell this family pours real heart into everything they do. She got to hold a bunny and baby bunnies too, a chicken, a small tortoise, kitty cats and play with a friendly Dog named Rex who was a very well-behaved greeter to all who came to visit the farm that day. There were ducks bathing and splashing which brought giggles from the littles. Chloe got to brush a very friendly Donkey, a small horse and feed the goats and sheep. We spent a little over two hours and very much enjoyed ourselves. From my personal experience I noticed one very important rule to follow for anyone visiting the farm... please allow the people who are working the farm to pick up and hand you the animals you'd like to hold. Some are tamer than others and some are new to the farm. Please watch your children and help them follow just a few easy rules. It's very hard for most children to not chase and scare them or pick them up without help. When following the basic rules you will be sure to have a fantastic time. We were treated very kindly and rarely had to wait more than a minute or two for our turn to snuggle with a furry or feathered friend.

The corn maze is always a hit, love that they added basketball while you wait for the hay ride back to the farm, gives people something to do other than just snap a couple photos and stand around. I think there is some opportunity for the concessions stand by the maze and at the halfway point. This time the halfway point wasn't actually set up and the concessions weren't open, which would have been nice given the warm weather. They could also make a lot more money there if they had a variety of chips, granola bars, and canned sodas that are cold instead of warm bottles. The kids love all the activities, games, and rides available - the corn pit was a surprising hit, the slides are great, the trike loop is a great waiting activity when the line is long for the cow train. And, of course, the playground is a great space for the kids to run around. We especially love that it has so many different zones with different activities for all ages. The farm store is a Christmas gift staple for us, our family loves their gift baskets with Bob's preserves and snacks. Great value for the ticket price given all of the activities and time you'll spend there. And we're excited for the tulips in the spring!

Bob's has a lawn with tons of pumpkins to choose from, a place to get fresh donuts, a few food stall options, a fudge shop, a country store where you can buy local favorites, a wagon ride, corn maze, and so much more. The free things are the pumpkin lawn and the country store, otherwise everything else is an extra cost for a reasonable price. I love picking up some corn, small pumpkins and honeycrisp apples at the country store and then finding a large carving pumpkin :)

Then a chicken coup on display for the littles. They also have a tractor the kids can sit on and take pictures with that lights up. And a dog that you can play fetch with. But the dog is in a yard you walk up to. Set up on purpose like that. The dog knows his/her role and is a great employee, loving everyone that comes by and throws the ball. Very neat place! Guaranteed for cute backdrop photos, great for kids/families and it's such a big farm overall! Such a variety of pumpkins, squash and gourds! They have delicious hot apple cider and pumpkin donuts. Fresh produce and fruits, and honey too with apple cider available for purchase! They have a cornmaze for $7 admission, sunflowers and just a cute vibe all around. It is pretty popular too! The pumpkins are reaosnably priced if you're getting small and medium sized ones (not sure about the big ones). There were a lot of ppl with wagons purchasing big pumpkins so expect a line if you're visiting this month!
