Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional and asked me to stop by so he could have a look. When I arrived Brandon came right out and ran diagnostics a few times and drive it around a bit to assess the situation. He felt like it was ok to drive it back which was a huge relief. Rescheduled the first time I had already driven 30 miles round-trip. I got there and they rescheduled me too busy. The third time going there they tried to charge me $61 for a diagnosis and said that they couldn't work on the car because it wasn't leaking when they looked at it. I filed a complaint via email and also contacted this business through Facebook. At no point was I…read moreinstructed to come in for an in-person inspection of the damage. Instead, they reviewed photos and immediately denied responsibility, even suggesting the damage happened elsewhere--despite the fact that I have a membership at their location. This is not a professional way to handle a claim. After reviewing the images, a reasonable next step would have been to invite me to their office to examine the damage directly, but that did not happen. I provided screenshots from a video clearly showing scratches, yet they continue to deny responsibility without offering any in-person assessment. They are relying on video footage taken from far away, on a wet surface, which barely shows the scratches. Anyone with basic understanding would know that wet surfaces and distance obscure fine details like brush or scratch marks--these are only visible up close. I requested an address to bring my car in and show the damage in person, but they have not provided that either. At this point, the issue is not only the damage to my vehicle, but also how dismissively and irresponsibly my claim has been handled.
