They stole our deposit from us for a part that needed to be ordered through the manufacturer…read more.. They stated we needed a whole new PTU module which allows our jeep to shift into 4wd. They informed us the part was on back order so a deposit was required to get said part ordered and it'll be a few months til they receive the part. We paid them in April or may 2023, hadn't heard anything by Sept so I called to get a estimate on how much longer since winter is now around the corner. Apparently they had a fire in JULY and STILL had not called us to inform us they are looking at 6-12 months before they can open again. We have called 5 times now for a refund of our money so we can order the part elsewhere since they never ordered it. We have not received a call back or our money back. On top of all of this, our car is at a different garage now to get looked over and the part isn't even needed! Our car checks out in pristine condition. Stay far, far away from these thieves.​​

I have now lined my new car with an old shower curtain until I can buy parts unless this dealership does the right thing. So frustrating. My salesperson was nice, but that doesn't really cut it when you're buying a car. I'm wondering if my age and gender factored into the price I paid and the service I received. Or maybe if you're buying a low-end vehicle they don't care?
