SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Chloe Anderson represented my son and I would recommend a public defender before I would recommend Chloe. She did not understand the rules of the court and the judge had to correct her on a few decisions, while in court. She advised my son of incorrect times and procedures. On the day of his trial, she did not bother to show up in court in person, in fact, my son has never met with Chloe in person. To get emails and phone calls returned, you have to call the office and ask the office to contact Chloe. Whatever you do, stay away from this attorney. You are destined to lose your case if you choose Chloe to represent you. I'm still waiting for a refund - I think that is only a reasonable request considering the lack of work that Chloe performed for my son. read more

After a DUI arrest I called Bradley Johnson Attorneys to help me with my case. I was given an attorney and was told I would be hearing from him soon. I didn't for multiple days after the date he said he would contact me. I finally had to initiate the conversation (they're busy with a lot of cases, I get it) but for a first time dealing with it all, it was unsettling. I called many times with questions and didn't get answers from the office, no calls back. After telling me to refuse the breathalyzer, he didn't win my case with the DOL. So because of refusal I had to have my license suspended for 1 year, driving with a blow and go for 1 year (terrible). He was very late to the first court date, I had to call in to make sure he was still coming. There was a step in attorney for the second court date (which I guess is common, he knew nothing about my case, just was looking to extend our time), but it wasn't the guy was representing me. THEN, my attorney left the firm. So they gave me a new attorney at an important time in my case. He knew nothing about my case. I brought up a few things I thought were important to the new attorney and he said "hmm that's a good idea I don't know why (your old attorney) didn't look into that". New attorney still mentioning how he thought there was some details missed that could help us, but not fully confident. Leaving me in a terrible position. Ended up settling for reckless driving just to get it over with and because of attorneys lack of confidence. I talked to attorneys/friends after my case and given the info most said it was an easy case (I agree), with many details my attorney missed. Reckless is better than DUI, YES, but there is also much better. Overall disappointed in: lack of communication, tardiness, attorney leaving mid case, not getting case dropped. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience. read more

After having a drink after a long day with little sleep, I had the misfortune of falling asleep at the wheel and crashing into a highway truck. I was arrested for DUI. I decided to call up Bradley Johnson DUI away as I have always heard ads on the radio about them. I went with Lauren Wegener...horrible right off the bat, she seemed nice at first but later on in the process I realized she can care less about my case and it was purely all about the money. Very hard to communicate with and lack of efficiency. She charged over 6,000 just to represent me as a new client, if your returning it would be more. That is 6,000 for 7 to 8 court sessions excluding other charges I had to pay for. She put very little effort in my case, I couldn't even be face to face to discuss my case prior to my hearing. So than when I stood in front of the judge, I had no idea what was going on because she never did her part to explain everything thoroughly. Than when I told her I don't understand, she had the guts to say "are you not paying attention!" Terrible way to speak to a client and what a way to support them... So I fired her, she was charging a ridiculously high rate and just because they are known to represent people for DUI's and are always on the radio advertising I thought oh they must be good....I was totally wrong. Charges half the price listed above and gets the job done in half the amount of time as Bradley Johnson. So really it's a win win. He finished my case in less than 2 months whereas Lauren Wegener was going for 7 - 8 months plus and double the fees. So when I say it's purely about money, I mean it is PURELY about money, they can care less of what your going through and are just their for your money.
