Canceled my second attempt due to suspicion. Same order details as completed order. Said it was because of my rap sheet?

Nothing but issues with customer service. They created a label and over 2 months sent nothing. I called them and Karen made me feel as if I did something wrong before assuring me it would be processed and shipped in next couple days. 4 days later they canceled it and i called the manager Pam who said my credit card processing was "suspicious" and who also mentioned that it was ridiculous for me reach out almost 2 months later which was to them also a red flag as a result it was canceled. She used capital letters to infer her screaming at me as a manager via email. So finally as a person who owns 4 businesses in 3 states and didn't have the time to go back and forth i just ordered it. I didn't notice the candy was missing because candy companies often accept orders for inventory they don't have and it takes up to 6 weeks for replenishment to fulfill. After my second and final order with this company i then spoke to the manager who "runs everything there". He was even more arrogant unprofessional and insecure manager I've ever spoke to. He told me business credit card seemed fraudulent because my shipping and billing address differed. He asked me to provide him with my EIN paperwork and my license with my shipping address to have my order fulfilled. I told him I lived in California and was shipping to and employee who manages my NY location. He told me the only way they would ship to me is if my drivers license matched my shipping address then ended the phone call by telling me to go steal another car, he said that he knows about me because he has my rap sheet pulled up. He was referring to a 2015 news paper articles where I was arrested for charges that were later dropped by the court. I then asked for the owner or upper management to reach out because it all made sense. It sounds crazy but I have the emails and the recording of that last conversation on the phone to prove it. Blair candy actually discriminated against me and asked me to verify things that they would never ask another person for a charge I wasn't even convicted of but accused. Blair candy discriminated against a man who has came from nothing and built 4 successful businesses and was only trying to begin a business relationship. I am appalled by there treatment of me over a 437$ order. I am appalled that they made me relive my worst embarrassment because I was trying to spend my business money with them. Even offered a picture of my I'd and credit card like we've all had to do for a big order before. I never had an ounce of respect & it took me till the last manager to understand why. Aside from being righteously frustrated and confused over my order, i never made it personal to the manager who abused me. The icing on the cake is just one month prior to this order they charged, processed, shipped, and delivered an order to the Same exact credit card, billing address and shipping address. Nothing they said made sense, nothing added up. And if you read their reviews lack of professionalism, and shipping issues is a common mistake. Save the headache there are tons of options comparable in price and cheaper. This is the longest review i ever wrote because I'm trying to save you guys from the heartache and headache I had for such a small task I expected it to be.

Great deals on slightly damaged packaging. I'll take it!

This is one of my favorite places to go when I visit Altoona. There is a massive selection of candy and other things. It's a fun time.

I will admit it . . . I am a chocolate snob! I have had…read moreBelgian chocolates, Italian chocolates... And many other liqueur chocolates, chocolate covered cocoa beans, homemade caramels, creams covered in Lush dark chocolate or light chocolate even white chocolate. Last weekend I was at my parents in Altoona. On the coffee table was an intriguing black box of chocolates. I opened the box and saw these adorable perfect little morsals staring up at me. The 1st piece I tried was obvious... A dark chocolate Carmel with a sprinkle of sea salt on top. Ooh, !!!! As I placed it on my tongue, The melting started immediately. Followed by my mouth watering as my brain reacted to the pure joy of the perfect combination of texture and taste of the Dark chocolate . Next came the savory salt that had secretly melted in to the chocolate. Last was the smooooth soft luscious caramel. Perfectly sized with the amount of chocolate and salt. This is the kind of Carmel you don't chew. It just sat in my mouth for few minutes and melted away like it was made to do. Leaving me amazed and satisfied, wondering why I had never had these Chocolates before. Each little chocolate is home made locally in Altoona PA on a small side street. In a small quaint building with a small store front. On my way home to Orangeville, I decided to check out their web sight. It was so simple and user friendly. I decided to order Each of my BFF girl friends a small box as a thank you for them for being in my life. I received my order in 2 days, neatly packaged and perfect. This weekend at a get together, I gave them to my girl friends. As they opened the boxes, the aroma of chocolate lofted through the air. Each 1 tasted a chocolate and the ooooos and awwwws followed. I tell this story because the little shops with great talent go unnoticed, until they are sitting on someone's coffee table. If you have someone special in your life . . . I am telling you they would appreciate this box of perfect chocolates. #wortheverypenny #chocolate #MarCiaschocolate #Valentinesday MarCiaschocolates.com

This is an interesting setup with a small italian market and a deli counter. It looks like they do a lot of a catering based upon the view into their back of house. While we waited we picked up various speciality items. My son and I both ordered the 12" Pompeii's. This is one of their italian specialty cold cuts and comes with hot peppers. The meats and cheeses are boars head brand, sliced fresh and the sub comes loaded. The roll is a nice dense loaf. The hot peppers add a great kick! We both only ate half of our subs and had leftovers for dinner. They have various other hot & cold subs that we'll try on future visits. The service was helpful and super friendly. They were busy so it took probably 15 minutes to complete the process. Overall, it was a great sub and a welcomed change from the usual chain offerings. My only gripe is there's no in-store seating. If you're local it's a great takeout sub but we wanted to eat them immediately.

The market itself has a nice selection and some homemade sausages and other Italian staples. Bonus was the pepperoni roll next door at their bakery was delicious (Forno Alto).
