Also leaving the original post so this update actually makes sense*** I took my dog to this place over christmas this year and when I picked her up she was covered head to tail in a very serious staff infection. I am not sure where she picked her up and there was no way to be certain, but what I can say is that there is no way that they could have over looked this. If they had contacted me we might have been able to start meds sooner. When I took her to the vet I was getting asked questions to help streamline her treatment, but when I called they would only keep telling me that the manager was in a meeting and would call me as soon as possible. This is the excuse I got the next day too. So far the manager hasn't called me. Edit: To be clear (in response to Brian) I don't think it was caused by the stay there, but it did get significantly worse to the point that it would be impossible to not notice it. The only way it could happen is if nobody spent a lot of time with her, which was a service that I did pay for.

Over the past year I have been taking my dogs to Pappy's Pet Lodge usually about 3 days at week, and am so thankful to have found this place and most of all team that had helped me manage my dogs while going through a difficult time and commuting into the city. She is personable and seems to genuinely care for each of the animals, I have refered other friends and they have been pleased as well.
