The first time, the emergency vet worked with them and they sent me updates and delivered the remains after a couple weeks. Unfortunately, I lost another cat the day before Thanksgiving. It was unexpected and traumatic and I had no idea what to do. I knew everything would shut down for the holidays and I would not emotionally survive almost a week with my dead cat in my freezer. I called Peaceful Pets distraught and asked if there was anything I could do. They were closing early, but said if I got there ASAP, they could take his remains. I drove over and they were so nice. Even letting me take a few moments to say goodbye since it all happened so quickly. I got my remains about 3 weeks later delivered to my house, which is so convenient. The packaging was wonderful. The pricing was reasonable and I appreciate the more environmentally friendly cremation service. I hope I don't have to contact them again for a very long time, but I recommend them to others for sure!

They called me under the name Faithful Companion less than 24 hours after picking up our dog from the vet and left a voicemail in the afternoon wanting to drop off our dogs ashes that afternoon. I was unavailable and they called our vet the next morning saying they could not get a hold of me? They had left one single voicemail and it had not even been 24 hours since that voicemail. I called this business back less than 24 hours after their voicemail and received their voicemail. I left a voicemail requesting a call back to arrange the delivery of our dogs ashes. I called our vet to find out that this business was dropping the remains off at our vets office an hour away versus delivering his remains to our home address as previously advised. It's not like they had been holding onto the dogs remains for days and left multiple unreturned messages. This business never returned my voicemail. This business had not made a good faith effort to reach me to schedule the delivery of my pets ashes and was misleading and dishonest with my veterinarians office indicating they were having trouble getting ahold of me as if they had tried multiple times leaving messages? I am baffled at the lack of compassion and empathy as well as unprofessional behavior during such a difficult time by a business like this. Why offer delivery of the remains if it has to be the date the pet is ready within a few hours only and there is no consideration for the pet parent? I am going to encourage my vets office to rethink their relationship with this company. Very disappointed.

I bit the bullet took her to VEG ER for Pets, only to find out she had advanced congestive heart failure. I don't believe in putting animals down, so I went for surgery. The team was great, they did everything they could ultrasound, removed 2 12 once cans of fluid which was preventing her from eating. They gave me some discounts making the emergency visit more reasonable then normal. I get home with her, let her come out of the carrier by herself, then she moved over to the couch stayed there for some time, then she jumped off the couch heading to the bedroom wobbling, then i heard the most horrible scream of pain and she just fell. I went to pick her up she was limp, I shook her and she came too, called the vet then went back, while driving to the vet she was talking to me, when I arrive, they start working on her and her heart stopped. I told them DNR. They brought me into a consoling room to be with her gave me as much time as I wanted. Finally, when I was ready to leave, they offered cremation services which was very expensive, so I declined they gave me a cardboard coffin and went back home to do some research. While conducting research I found Pet Passages online. They made the process very easy, you order online, you bring your animal in then they take care of the rest. I like the fact pricing is all up front, no games, no guesses. The owner was really nice and totally understood what I was going through, he just lost his dog a few weeks ago. He pulled Josie out put her out on the table you see here attached. The waterfall feature in the room made it perfect to hold her one last time and greave. May she rest in peace.

She was approximately 8 weeks old and we loved her beyond measure. She had a sister and me and my sister both landed on Sabrina. God lead us to her and for what ever reason he knew she would need us. Approximately at 9 months old she started having some diarrhea and through a multitude of Vet and Animal Hospital visits testing would show she lymphoma. Rare for a pup. Our best prepared us for a rolller coaster if good days and bad days and we were absolutely blessed with really good days up until last week. On a business trip my sister called and said Sabrina wasn't feeling well and was laying down in the corner of the laundry room. She never slept in there. I arrived back home Wednesday morning and she didn't come to the door to greet as she always did. I went to her and she was at her normal place underneath my chair and I gently greeted her and she wiggled her little tale. She died 12 hours later. Her little body had enough. She was our best Friend and we loved her deeply. Her big sissy has been looking for her everyday. At 3:00 am I discovered Precious Pets Crematory and completed their online inquiry. 7:00 am the owner called me. He was awesome and talked me through the options. I told him I would be there by 10:00 and said his daughter would be waiting on me. When I arrived she was kind and understanding. She could see and feel our pain. We received word that Sabrina was ready to be picked up today. Coordinated a time and it went exceptionally well. Not only did we get an engraved urn, but they included her paw print and a sample of her hair. Me and my sister cried...bawled. My last words to This very sweet lady was that I hope I never see her again. Lovingly she understood what I was saying. In life, the love we have for our pets last us a lifetime. However, three months ago, he began displaying aggressive behavior around food and when it was time to go into his crate. As his aggression worsened, we started to lose hope. Kirito has transformed into a better version of himself--loving, obedient, and responsive to the commands he learned in the program. We HIGHLY recommend giving Chris a chance. If he could help Kirito, there's a great chance he can help your dog too. Just be sure to follow his guidance to the letter when your dog returns home! "Thank you Uncle Chris!"- KIRITO

Chris Williams and Perfect Pack are outstanding. What makes them so special is that Chris speaks…read moredog, and teaches you how to do so. I can understand why others might disagree, but here is the perfect analogy. If you were to learn a foreign language, like speaking dog, the teacher would be fluent. They teach you the tools to become fluent, but it TAKES PRACTICE AND REPETITION. So, you and your dog are having a training session with Chris, and your dog listens to him and behaves perfectly. You get so excited because this is the well trained pupper of your dreams! You get him home and your dog is a jerk. Why? Because you don't speak dog yet. Chris gives you homework. If you do the homework with your dog, you begin to speak dog, and your dog begins to understand you. This is so exciting when it happens! Going back to the foreign language analogy, after one lesson, you are not ready to be dropped into the heart of Paris and except to be understood. Practice, practice, practice! The Perfect Pack training method may have rules you don't agree with especially if you are dealing with a reactive, aggressive dog. How did I meet Chris? My 80 pound Staffy, Pitt, Chow, Rottweiler puppy tried to eat his 14 year old Chi/MinPin because she would lunge at him, and he did not trust me to handle it. As a result, the first time, he broke her leg and required surgery, the second and third time, he practically ripped her apart. Many of you would say get rid of the big dog. That's not how it works with family members. You don't dump a child if they have special needs any more than I would dump a dog for defending himself. But Snowy needed to learn that I would handle the issue. It was not his job to correct his sister. When Chris first told me no dogs on the furniture, I'm not going to lie, I cried. Then he explained that it was not a forever thing. The pups would earn back that privilege, and they did! Why? Practice Practice Practice. I don't claim to be fully fluent in dog, but I am getting there. The people who claim this method doesn't work are the ones who are not willing or blow off the home work. They are also most likely to be the parents who think children come out of the womb with perfect manners.
