I then asked if they do consultations if someone has a tax question, and she said: "ONLY for our clients." I then asked if they did Trust Accounting and she said: "Yes, call back after May 1". So that was my phone experience. I have always done my own taxes and was looking for someone to do my mother's taxes, so I'm not an expert on tax services - she could have explained a couple of things to me and offered to take my number for someone to call me later in the year. Communication has been a major issue; she frequently ignores our calls and emails, sometimes leaving us waiting for weeks without a reply. An issue she promised would take 20 to 30 minutes to fix remains unresolved. Because she runs an independent practice, there is no one else to escalate to when she goes silent, leaving us completely in the dark. We are highly disappointed by this sudden lack of professionalism and responsiveness.
