The truck was parked in a tight place around other vehicles and driver was very good at maneuvering and getting this monster on his rig without harming other cars or my truck. The driver was very careful, friendly, and accommodating when he transported my truck back down the hill to my house. The driver was also able to easily unrig my dead truck into a tight parking area in my driveway without touching any of my other vehicles. TNT Towing made a not-so-great situation to a manageable solution. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

My vehicle only needed to be towed 1.1 miles, and I was initially told the charge would be $170. What concerned me even more was that I was instructed to send the payment to an LLC with a completely different name than Sunset Beach Towing. I questioned both the price and the payment information and was ultimately able to get the charge reduced to $100. In my opinion, $170 for a 1.1-mile tow was an absolute rip-off. The different LLC name for the payment also made the transaction feel questionable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

And if that still doesn't convince you, ask him to send you a picture of his own ride -- he's a car guy himself and clearly understands how much these cars mean to their owners. He checked in with me leading up to pickup, kept me updated, and sent photos and videos on transport day. Loading and unloading were quick, careful, and professional. He got my car from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City in one day, and it arrived clean and completely untouched. One of the biggest reasons I would use Frank again is that he does the work himself. You're not messaging some broker or random company that takes your order and then assigns your car to whoever happens to be available. You're talking directly to the person who is going to show up, load your car, transport it, and hand you the keys at the other end.
