My brand new 2010 blue Honda Insight was sideswiped by an ambulance on the I-10. Based on a recommendation from my parents who have had other vehicles repaired there, I took it to Desert Collision for the work. I took the Insight in for an estimate. Service was very friendly, which continued throughout the entire experience. Within a couple days, the replacement parts were at the shop. I dropped it off on Tuesday and received it back by Wednesday (the very next day), everything finished. The repairs were done very well. The paint match work was excellent. They pay close attention to detail. I would highly recommend Desert Collision to anyone. I've been burnt badly by several other shops in the valley, including the well known ones.
