I had a very mixed experience at Blaise Alexander Kia. I initially set up a test drive online for a used 2025 CX-5, and I was impressed by how efficient the customer service was in responding to my follow-up questions prior to my visit. Unfortunately, the in-person experience didn't match the start. My sales associate seemed disinterested in my needs; he didn't ask what I was looking for in a vehicle and lacked basic knowledge about the car during the test drive. His primary focus was clearly on how "serious" I was and whether I had a trade-in. While he was upfront about taxes and fees, he repeatedly tried to add a $1,000 "fabric protection" fee, which I had to refuse twice. When it came to the price, I offered to round down the out-the-door total from $26,471 to $26,000--a modest $471 difference for a buyer ready to sign that day. Despite knowing I was already pre-approved through my credit union, they refused to budge. What bothered me most was the pressure and lack of honesty. I was told the car was heading to auction the following week to "get more money," yet weeks later, the car is still sitting on their lot. The associate also failed to show me any other inventory that might have fit my budget, showing a total lack of effort to help me find the right car. I ended up finding a 2025 CX-30 at another dealership for $2,500 less. I'm glad I walked away. If you're looking for a salesperson who actually cares about finding you the right vehicle rather than just pushing a quick sale with "auction" threats, you might want to look elsewhere. read more

We picked out a car that we specifically wanted. He said he was putting us on hold for it. The next day we came up. George Smith was the salesman that was assigned to me. Worthless. Was looking at used car for my son. Trying to work out financing. Kept me hanging with checking into it. Even set up a time to meet with him but of course he managed to not answer his phone or be found when I showed up. Meanwhile car was sold. Still had the nerve to say he was still looking into it even after car was sold. Had faith in Blaise. Bought my new car there a few years ago. Will be looking at buying a new car next year for my wife but W&L is looking better to me after this experience. read more

Sales staff were pleasant. However found out after the purchase that KBB values the vehicle at appx $4000 less than I paid. Registration was screwed up. DMV never got it. Temporary registration expired 8 days ago. Can't drive the vehicle & I need it. No one can figure out where the registration paperwork is, if it was even mailed & how to get my permanent registration processed. Dealer will not allow me to talk to the person who handles registration. Will never buy from this dealership again. Don't know why San Francisco came up with my review. It is Montoursville, PA. I went to Blaise Alexander Kia and got myself a beautiful USED 18 Jeep Compass. George McGinty-Smith was my sales man and was absolutely fantastic to work with. Me and my mom tend to be a lot to handle and he didn't even flinch when she kept accidentally calling him Magic Mike instead of Markdown Mike. lol. I emphasized the word used because since working in a car leasing company, I understand that things happen that are out of the dealer's control. We have purchased engines that have failed within a week of putting them in the car. You can't always predict or plan for certain things when you get them used but the minute I started thinking something was wrong (which may have just been my anxiety since dealing with other dealerships at my job), they had be schedule to bring it in. They even took me back to work after dropping it off and brought my car to me when it was finished. So far, they have been absolutely fantastic and George has been so patient with me! read more

Warning... Using the Blaise the deal will impact your credit and they did not acknowledge the deal twice. What this appears to be is a way to build a deal online allowing you to pick the vehicle, add your trade, apply for credit, upload your driver license, proof of insurance, and income. After you do this your credit is pulled and they did not call twice. After the first time and a lot of unprofessional treatment the General Manager offered $5200 less for the trade then the Blaise the deal offers. read more

Took my Kia for an oil change the other day. They do free five point inspection....they told me my brakes are shot and I need to replace them right away for $310.00. I told them I have to talk to talk to my husband first. They also told me my tires are getting bad and I will need to get new ones very soon. So I told my husband, he calls around for brakes and rotors and makes an appointment with our usual mechanic. We picked up the Kia from our mechanic today and he tells us we could have gotten at least another 6 months from the brakes and that the tires are in great shape !!!!! Our Warranty has expired but since we bought the car there we figured we'd just use them. Never again! read more

Hello, We bought a 2017 Kia Sorrento at your Williamsport dealership last month (Oct 1st). To date it has been at the dealership more than we've actually been able to drive it. We bought the car on an extremely rainy day and took it home the same day. It was pouring so we didn't really get to inspect it properly. On our return home we realized it had a nice size dent on the tail gate which had already started to rust. No problem...we called on Monday and were told that it would be fixed and it was but when it was brought back it had 2 scratches that weren't there before it was taken to be repaired, the car was covered in sanding dust, no one bothered to clean it. Again we called and were told that it would be fixed. Kia has had my car for over a week. Friday they called and said that the tech who buffed the tailgate buffed it too far and it would have to be repainted. About an hour later someone called and said "Oh no" its fine, we'll bring it to you on Monday. My husband just came from meeting the driver and the tailgate is covered in "Swirls" (the car is Remington Red) it's pretty obvious!! My husband had a manager from your state college dealership verify that he was seeing the same thing. I might also add, the car is infested with spiders and when we mentioned this to our salesman and his supervisor they both shrugged it off and said "not much we can do about that, we have a spider issue here". I can't believe service we have received since we bought this car. I suggest you hire some reliable auto body technicians before they lose your company a lot of business. Let me say, it is the first time dealing with Blaise Alexander and it may very likely be the last. read more
