Oh my, so hard to rate this Walgreen's. On one hand, they were clean and bright and organized. On…read morethe other hand, their customer service was abysmal. There were three employees at work near the cashier stands but only one was checking people out so we just had to stand in line. And then the clerk had to follow some apparent protocol giving us coupon booklets, telling us about $5 off if we had a flu shot, etc. wait, the live is backed up and you're wasting my time!!! And the other two employees, one a manager, could not be bothered to wait on us. Okay, the manager was on the phone. The other employee was stocking next to the cashier stand. Okay, I get it that you want your store to be organized, but not at the loss of customer service. And their Halloween Individual candy was a tent-tiny section. What is happening here O Great Pumpkin!
