He essentially added an extra phone that I have never seen, suggested internet air, but never go my other internet bill turned off. He also added an extra line for no reason. All my bill did was go up up and up. He's a scammer and gave no excuses because her doesn't care. After talking to ATT on the phone they said he should have been able to help me in the store, but all he did was tell me to call the help number. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Definitely DO NOT see DJ (aka Dumb John). He will screw your entire plan up. Even with this monstrosity of a phone I brought in they only charged me $60 the first time which was about a year ago, and $90 the most recent time about a month ago. The kind gentleman gave me a great screen protector for $10 and even threw an excellent protective case for free because mine obviously was not getting the job done. Each time he was super fast and had it completed in thirty minutes or less which allowed for the perfect amount of shopping time so not too much money would be spent. If I ever have phone troubles I know exactly where I am going! Super thankful and appreciative for his kindness!

He said it would take about an hour. We went for coffee and some shopping and came back in about an hour and it was completed. He did not tell us that there was something else needed replaced or sell us anything else. I believe that he is honest and reliable. I highly recommend him.

Nich Jacob's shop in Newcastle sounded perfect. To put it succinctly, Nich knew what the problem was, fixed it quickly, didn't charge near as much as I expected and he let me watch. Also, he had a client when I got there whom he fixed up and then he took me immediately. Now, I'm back home in Norman and my little Samsung is sitting on its charger and it's up to 80% already. I learned a couple of things while I was watching him work. One, I'll never take the back off a smart phone and try to fix it, they're way too complicated! And two, since he can do this to every kind of phone, Newcastle has a phone genius in their town.
