I had a scheduled appointment through the app and was annoyed that I would have to literally go buy my own filter, especially since the app didn't tell me that they had no filters. So I wasted my gas to come up there, leave and go buy a filter and come back. I asked them if my price would be comped or if I would be given a discount and was uncaringly told NO! I protested and was led to talk to a automotive manager named Tom. When I got to him, he wouldn't even come out and talk to me and relayed his message to me through a cashier. She told me that he said there was nothing that they could do! It was really shitty that he didn't have the balls to talk to me in my face and furthermore, how is it fair that I waste my gas, go buy an oil filter and no one credits me anything for what I spent?! I wasn't asking for the gas I wasted-just to be compensated for the money that I spent because they didn't have the part that THEY needed to complete my oil change. In any event, I have got past oil changes from them, tires and had work done there for years and this is how they treated me! Hell will freeze over before I ever use their automotive services again!

I have only been told once that they were out of my medication and then only had to wait until the next day to get it instead of 4 or 5 days with the larger pharmacies. I would certainly rate them 5 stars except the pharmacist is really not a people person. Rarely smiles and not really friendly but not unfriendly either. However, it is really the older lady with glasses that is really rather rude, short with you and looks down her nose at you. I hate to think of how she would treat me if I had to take pain meds or something for an STD. I truly hate dealing with her and have even contemplated taking my business elsewhere since I do have choices. Their saving grace is that they ARE quick and have recently hired a younger pharmacist who seems very welcoming, smiles and doesn't seem to have preconceived ideas of people. They are the only drugstore in town, but the next town is less than 1/4 mile away with several drugstores including Walgreens, Walmart and a handful of locally owned drugstores. It is truly your choice here. Williams could be awesome if they would amp up the smiles and warmth instead of letting an employee make their customers feel somehow inadequate.

I have had so many issues getting my Migraine medicine here…read more I am beyond frustrated with the lack of consistency here. I ordered my Emgality, they texted me it was ready, I went to get it, and they claimed they didn't have it. I showed the text and they called other CVS pharmacy's and found one out in Mustang. 30 minute drive, problem solved. The next month, same thing, I refilled my Rx, the pharmacy texted me my Rx was ready, I went to get it, they claimed they may have given it to someone else? What?!? So I asked them to call other CVS's and they claimed no CVS within 20 miles had it. So they ordered and I got it 3 days late. I asked, how do I prevent this next month? They said, "Call a week before your Rx is due, talk to the Pharmacy and tell them to order it off insurance." I clarified. So called on 08/23/2023 and spoke to them for over 7 minutes. Got a confirmation text the next day. Waited until the 1st, to go pick up my migraine prevention shot, get there and yep! You guessed it! They didn't have it. Then the tech tried to claim I didn't have a RX from my neurologist. I provided my Doctors name, miraculously he found the RX. He was standing there w my Rx and asked how I'd pay for it and I have an Emgality Savings Card. I gave the card I always give and he said, "No, your insurance is denying this. You need a pre-authorization. We need your doctor to contact your insurance, get an insurance pre authorization, then have the doctor call us and we can fill it." It's Friday evening, ahead of a 3 day weekend, and here I sit, again, unable to get my migraine medication, again. This is actually giving me a headache. It's unbelievable how rude the tech and pharmacist are here. At least the Pharmacy manager is nice! This is by and far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with getting migraine medicine.

Over the past few months CVS has bumped their prices up to an absurd level for most things. I can get Coke 2-liters for less than $3.39 at the gas station! This location has a decent drink cooler but it has been broken both times I went there over the past 2 weeks. Does anyone actually PAY $6.99 for a small box of corn flakes? Today I enjoyed getting clearance Christmas candy they have shelves of it left which tells you something it's been a month... So for today 4 stars overall 1/2 of ONE
