Great packie! The parking lot is huge and the store is also huge. They have tons of beer and wine here at pretty decent prices. Looks like a lot of hard liquor too but to be honest I don't buy much of that. They also have wine tastings here. They have a sign at the exit to tell you when the'll be having them. 1 star off because my favorite wine was out 2 weekends in a row and the third weekend it was a dollar more. (Sad face) Always friendly and the lines move pretty fast. It's right off the highway which is so convent. Hours are good. Open until 11 on Friday and Saturday. This was during the early stages of Covid19, before the second table was installed and before the plexiglass. Maybe don't mumble under your breath "why would you put that there where I just wiped". This is the worst place to buy liquor You walk in and it's like Nazi German No customer service they rather watch you like you are some type of criminal. Was about to purchase about $100 worth of liquor. When 100 year old Karen at the cash register decided she wanted to ask for my friend and I I.D. The way she said was not friendly at all. When I was at Lowes, Westgate, I thought I would check out this liquor store which has been here off the highway as a stand alone for a million years. It was a destination at one time 50 years ago. A decent place when there weren't so many places and a lot less choices on the shelf. This place is still stuck in 1973. It has needed a complete "liquor store makeover" for that many years. But really who cares if a place is run down and dreary if they have some good beer. Unfortunately for me today the store did not have good beer. And this isn't the boonies, this is Brockton, a populated albeit poor city and this is still a viable mall with decent traffic. This place should be killing it, but maybe Brockton is killing them? Beer fridge had only the basics and a measly few of their versions of craft. They have simply abandoned the craft beer category and when I asked the manager about craft he pointed me back to a single shelf with some oldie moldy singles and a few 4 packs of nothing good. I was going to dive into it with a "hey whats going on here" but I could tell the guy was a zip and what difference would it make. Not worth my time or energy. Pretty much just your basic neighborhood liquor store. Decent size store with a seemingly good selection of wine, beer and alcohol. Parking was a breeze in their spacious private lot so getting in/out was simple. I like that. Once inside I navigated my way around fairly easily. I grabbed what I needed and made my way to the checkout. I also grabbed a few gift bags for wine that I purchased elsewhere for holiday gifts. Check out was quick and easy. They carded me which I thought was some sort of joke at first but later realized that's the law as they have to scan your ID. Not a problem and it didn't slow down the process. The cashier was friendly and had that Bostonian accent that I love because it reminds me of my mother. I recommend them and will be back myself the next time in the area. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! You would think with a well known brand such a Blanchards you would train your employees to be courteous and have customer service skills. I went in on Saturday, May 11 around 8:30 PM a light skinned black woman with dark hair in a pony tail was cursing and speaking ill of customers WHILE I WAS PAYING. It was so bad I actually turned to her and reminded her she still had customers in the store. Paying customers don't appreciate hearing you calling other customers derogatory names. Blanchard's is one of the areas largest liquor stores. The selection is decent for wine and beer but severely lacking with liquor. However it is way more expensive than most liquor stores I have ever been to. I cannot tell you how many times I've gone here and have found low ticket items that what I want is 3-5 dollars more expensive than normal. read more

The customer service here is some of the worst I've ever seen. The clerks are swearing at each other and don't even pay attention to the customer making a purchase. I couldn't believe I was listening to people swearing and screaming at each other over who owes who lunch...why is this happening? They occasionally have a beer I want to try, but not worth the trouble of the horrendous service. read more

Huge store! Large selection and if you focus on the end caps on each aisle you can find some great deals! The staff is always super helpful and willing to give advice and are extremely knowledgable. We have family in the area and we always save our liquor store run until we arrive just because this place is so great! read more

Im into beer and hard liquors. The beer selection is decent and the prices are either alittle more or average price for the area. The hard liquor prices are average for the area and the selection isnt too bad. Nice parking lot plenty of spaces and room. Lines move pretty quick and the staff seems friendly but i havent dealt with them too much except upon check out. Hours are very good . read more

Horrible customer service noticed that if you weren't a regular customer you got horrible service wouldn't be going back

My mother and I stopped after work to get wine. We been going to his liquor store ever since we moved from Boston 14 years ago. Last night before the cashier rang my mother's wine, she asked me for my ID, Never been asked before mind you. I said it's the car and I'm not buying anything. she yelled out to Scott which I assume is the manager, and he said it okay for me to stay while My mom makes her purchase. She started getting snappy with me, going back forth and throwing unnecessary jabs and I said Just ring us up so we can leave, and yet she kept going I said to her, you're giving me a hard time for nothing meanwhile, YOU HAVE YOUR OWN DAUGHTER InSIDE working with you?! A minor in a liquor store. She then said well I'm not selling you guys the wine because you have an attitude" she kept cursing and said well I brought my daughter to work and "shit happens" her exact words!! She then yelled out to Scott again and said "I'm not ringing them up, you can if you'd like to" who talks to their manger like that? He came, asked her to ring us up and left. how dare he let his employee talk and disrespect his customers like that I was way more disappointed because he sided with her knowing she's wrong and didn't even apologize for her actions. PS. When enforcing rules and want them to be followed, show an example first. Thank you Scott, we appreciated your help for saying nothing and letting your poor of an excuse employee disrespect us while she has a 8 year old inside the store, and even worse at the register! HORRIBLE customer service! I just left the store with my boyfriend, we got there 10 minutes before close, quickly picked out a bottle of wine and proceeded to checkout. At the register my boyfriend is looking at nips he picks out two quickly because we were clearly being rushed out by what I have to assume is the manager because she was training a girl on the register. She rings us up quickly but my boyfriend wanted a third nip, now I understand when your trying to close this can be aggrevating but what happened after is extremely unacceptable. The girl said, "seriously? " then turned to her coworker and said "ya he's one of those customers" then proceeded to call us "trash". My boyfriend and I were so dumbfounded by her all i could say was "trash? Seriously? Trash?" and she looked me in the eyes and said "ya trash". I sincerly hope she owns the place because an employee like that should be fired on the spot. I will never go back there on principle and everyone I know will hear this story. She is about 5'8, fairly thin, straight black hair (like she flat irons it daily, not naturally straight), fairly light skinned black woman in her 40s, rough looking like shes either on a lot of drugs or has been worn down by life. I do not care what your excuse is, to treat people like that because your trying to rush out of work, is horrendous! I hope karma catches her in the worst way possible.
