The staff here is always amazing and super friendly and warm upon greeting. The store is super organized and the prices are the cheapest is the area. Another fine establishment by Bill Sarro Sr that junior Billy is manageably moving to disfunction. His lack of managerial experience dealing directly with customers makes un-responsive to tru customer expectations or needs. Bill Senior built an empire on family values but Billy Jr has a lot to learn.. Those local consistent business customers of Dubs, only need to know how much Fun or Funny names the staff have for you and those condescending names are laughed about with management. Every time a regular patron , You enter the store as a regular, they know who you are and have a pet name for you. Don't be a return customer of Dubs unless you want a drunken Dubs label on you good name. The owners of Dubs & Fresh Catch have some real management considerations to make with Billy Junior. Do not support this business. They will racially profile you. Also, they won't accept temporary IDs even though I've barely ever been carded here for the last 6 years. I sent my friend in (who is Caucasian) after I had been rejected, and guess what? He did not get carded and he is very much younger than i am. Again, do not support this business! read more

I really question who thinks this place is expensive. They have THE cheapest price on Sam Adams, ever. $24 for a loose case. After paying $16+ for a 12 pack, this is amazing. Some of their other stuff can be more expensive but we usually go to stock up every month or two. We're also huge fans of the super duber mystery pack aka the easiest gift ever. Yankee swaps, alcoholic friends, etc, they all love it. They are definitely a bargain as they put tons of random crap in there and always hysterical. read more

Have and always will be a fan! Can't beat the selection and prices here. They carry the majority of the local to national brands in alcohol, and a huge selection in wines. The prices are competitive to other places in the surrounding area, basically your average, slightly lower in some cases. The location is well organize and the layout makes it easy to locate desired drinking preferences. Often the specials are in plain view and often occupy the beginning of each isle. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially when you have a lot to take out to the car, they will often get someone to assist you with your purchases. AND I do like the fact they police individuals who is trying to purchase for minors as they do try to keep a watchful eye on their parking lot and around the store. Dubs also have a great item I really enjoy getting for special occasions and for gifts, Dub's "Grab Bags". If you ever visit Dub's, pick up a grab bag, either $10, $15, or $20. You may be surprise at what you get! I haven't been disappointed yet. It may range from anything like a good liquor, nips, and/or wines. Also, some vendor items like key chain bottle openers and novelty shot glasses, etc. Also Dub's has gift cards. A card that you can put money on for any amount and give as a gift. It carries the Dub's logo on one side and magnetic strip on the other side. The only negative thing I have and it may not be Dub's fault is the parking lot. It has some challenges with other businesses in the plaza. it can be very tight at times and no available spaces. Otherwise, this is a great place for all your alcohol. read more

Convenient for me being so close to my apartment. For a mid-size a really good beer inventory. The people who work there are very nice. If you should cross paths with the owner he can be a bit cranky. If you have seen his television commercials you know he isn't exactly Mr. Charisma. That isn't so important. Great store, I live within walking distance and I do like a few drinks on the weekend, so I guess you could call me a regular! Good selection, good prices. I like the wine room; I have found a few Rieslings I like in there. Place is clean, too! Why only 4 stars? I have two minor gripes. First, the younger staff tends to not be nearly as friendly and polite as the older staff. They don't smile and sometimes don't say hello, or even thank you. Second, there is almost always someone offering free samples and tastings, which makes me a bit uncomfortable, as I prefer to not have to say "no thank you" every time I go in the store. These are very minor things and they may only bother me, but since it's my review that is why I am going with 4 stars only! If you go, be SURE to grab a $20 "Super Dubber" mystery bag. This is an awesome way for Dubs to get rid of older inventory and for you to grab some random bottles at a great price. I won't ruin it by saying what I got last time, but let's just say it was WELL worth $20, and a good way to try a few new things! read more

I like this place, I like the staff, I like the pricing. The problem is getting in off the street. The incline from the street to the sidewalk is impossible/impassible for a small car. It is a 45 degree angle up the 8 inch incline - take your 4WD vehicle, your pickup, etc - but most every other car is going to scrape the bumper or bottom out climbing into the parking lot. Someone really might want to look into getting that re-done. read more

We moved into Massachusetts from Virginia in June 2014. In Virginia wine and beer is sold in supermarkets and 'hard liquor in the State run ABC stores. So having a a one stop option is a pleasant change. After trying a few stores from Stoughton, Easton and Mansfield, there is no where we have found that has such great quality products at low prices. As I enjoy a dry Martini, nobody can beat the top shelf gin prices. Often they are better than Costco. We shop here about every couple of weeks and my wife does the shopping. How anyone can say they are rude is beyond me, quite the reverse. They always carry the packages to the car for her and that means a lot to me since I am disabled. I can categorically tell you these people are the best in the area and probably the best value for money I have ever come across. As to access, there are three ways you can access the parking lot, if the 'main entrance' is difficult then use the other entrances.I do since the road is busy and you can't make a quick entrance or exit, I always use the side street entrance by the VFW building. read more

I will never spend another dime in this store again. The owner is a complete a**. The man stalks the parking lot in the mornings, not letting anyone use his lot, even when his business is closed. Apparently he is in a parking lot war with the Dunkin Donuts and VFW next door to him and Lance Buick GMC across the street. I was rudely approached and told to move my vehicle out of his lot, even though it was not in the was and his store was closed. Next time, try asking politely and not cursing. You may even try putting up signs designating where not to park. read more

The best liquor store in at least a 10 mile radius. Really good wine selection and the 3 for $25 deals can be good if you know just a little. Beer and liquor specials also darn good. Plus - as mentioned the people are knowledgeable and helpful. Once I walked across the street from Bank of America. There was some great deals so I bought a bunch forgetting where I parked. No problem - they helped me carry it about 100 yards away. Yankee Liquors in Attleboro and Gary's in West Roxbury are equally good but there miles and miles away. read more

There are not many good liquors stores in the Foxboro/Mansfield area, Dubs is the exception. I like their beer selection and their prices are good. Rum Runner is overpriced and Yankee Spirits is worth the drive only if I am getting a lot. read more

Best prices on liqour, beer and wine around. Be sure to check the whiteboard on the walk in freezer door for beer specials. As another person said, you need to be driving Bigfoot to get into the parking lot. Mansfield really messed up the sidewalks when they did it over a couple years ago. Their highway depart is horrid but that's another story. If you drive a low to the ground car try turning down the side street next to Dub's and entering through the side lot. There's no 2 foot tall sidewalk to drive over there. read more

I recently went to dubs to take advantage of a discounted bottle of liquor they had advertised. When I went to the store, they had special discount prices listed below the liquor. I picked out the liquor that was listed as the same price as advertisement but it turned out that the bottle and the half gallon were the same price! when I got home in realized I'd bought the wrong one. I'm disappointed they didn't bring it to my attention and ask me if I wanted the bigger bottle. The reason I got so confused was because the prices they had listed below the liquor. When I went back, they did make it right but I'm just dissapointed how they had it labeled in the store. I'm also dissapointed in the person who checked me out because I would expect him to know the current deals and to help me out. Five stars for the selections, prices and the cashiers but I agree with others that the owner and the other older gentleman are rude. One day I was trying to get a champagne out of the cooler; the taller older gentleman was kneeling on the floor in the cooler maybe adjusting the prices but I waited a few minutes and he never moved so I said to myself maybe he doesn't see me trying to get into the cooler so I said "excuse me" and his response basically was "let me finish what I'm doing"; which tells me he saw me standing there. I'm sorry but my feeling is you should move and accommodate the customer and go back to what you are doing. Constantly have a problem here with the staff. One time refused because they believed my ID was a fake even though it is not and was only accepted when a detective told them that I was fine. Another time refused because I was accompanied with another person in the store who did not have an ID and was told that I couldn't even leave and come back to purchase when I do not even live with the other person...ridiculous.
