No substantial consequences for the criminals. Bullying is a part of the culture. Rarely do the offenders receive more than a, "talking to" for their offences. He had his ups and downs but that's normal for most students. He had a great support group of friends and teachers that did the best of their abilities. Mrs Carter was by far my favorite.
