As I signed the paperwork for the tow company, a beautiful young lady had me sign paperwork and suggested I give verbal agreement for my insurance company to come and pick up my car. That was just great. She saved me a trip in and sped things up with Insurance. Its nice to know there are still businesses out there that look out for their customers. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do - Hawkins Towing & Recovery will be the first call I make.

The price they quoted me was higher than I could afford at the time, so I was in the process of lining up a friend who was happy to do it , when I got a phone call from the tow company and it was their driver who had just towed my car an hour to where I asked, and asked me where I wanted to dropped off. So I was saddled with a service and a bill that I never asked for. I was late in paying my bill and that was all my fault, and they did do it very quickly, so quickly in fact that I couldn't even say yes or get any other options before I had to pay for the service and the bill.

So my son called Tow Time out of desperation when a passerby gave him their number. They were there within 15-20 minutes, gave him a ride back to his place (which wasn't far) and took the car into their shop. I gotta say, when he told me the next morning, I ran to Yelp to see reviews, and I was a little scared. While I can understand that people are ticked when their cars get towed, the reviews were not very settling. At that point, though, they had my son's car, he was safe, whatever. It was taken care of. The next day, they got the car in promptly, sent me an estimate via text/email, answered my questions from 150 miles away, and had the car repaired the next day. Paid via easy credit card app on my phone, and my son picked up his car after hours even. So I had a good experience. I didn't like paying $1000 to get back on the road, but given the damage I saw, it was a reasonable repair cost.
