Human beings answered the phone, were informative and polite. Repair completed as scheduled. Paperwork with insurance company was efficient. Car returned to us in pristine condition. This place is looking to rip off uneducated college kids. Wanted to charge me $3100 for simple repairs. I took it back home to a place I trusted and paid $450 for the same repairs. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff, not just about their service but about the insurance process. Their estimate was significantly lower than other places I took it to but the repair was superior to the last time I had body work done at another shop. My favorite part was that they only did the work I asked them to do and did not try to get me to fix other things that were not covered by insurance. read more

Kevin (the owner) and his employees have done a great job on every vehicle I have brought to them. I have brought them big jobs and small jobs and they have taken care of me every time in a quick and professional manner. They have helped find used parts for some of my older cars when I didn't want to put brand new stuff on a 97 Jeep. They have also fixed my 2012 Kia Optima which had significant damage. I asked for all factory parts on this vehicle so I could keep my warranty in tact. It came out looking and driving brand new. Whatever your needs may be I have always left here feeling my needs were heard and taken into consideration. That's a rare thing in this business anymore. They have been competitively priced and my work was done on par with the highest industry standards. I would definitely have them do work for me in the future and would recommend you give them a chance to give you an estimate. read more

I hit a deer and told their my budget, while all other collision repair center such as auto care told me the least price would be over 1000, they managed to less than 500. The outcome looks much better than I expected. The morning of the second day I dropped the car off, they finished the work and called me, very efficient! read more

We took over ownership of Quality Collision in 2003, but our shop has been serving the community here in Bloomington for well over half a century now. Getting into a fender bender is never fun, and it's our goal to remove as much stress from the situation as possible. Whether your car has a couple dings and scratches or you need some serious work, we're always here to help, offering a true customer-first experience every step of the way. There's nothing we love more than the look of delight on someone's face when they see their car looking as good as new. History

Established in 1962.

It started in 1962! Cecil Wilbur and Don Sare started Wiburs Body Shop and Alignment. Don Sare soon went on to Building homes and business for many people in Monroe County. Cecil Wibur continued Wilburs Body Shop along with his two sons Troy and Tracy. They stayed for fourty one years. The wilburs are very well known in the Bloomington - Monroe County market area and surrounding counties. " THEY ROCKED" My Wife and I (Marcy and Kevin Wells) Purchased the business from Troy and Linda Wilbur in 2003 and we have been here taking care of business since and plan to continue on. We have five (5) children that range from two to twentyone. (2 - 21) thats wirght (2 - 21) And with alot of faith and hard work are children can continue on after we are gone.

Marcy Wells born 8-30-1966 in Indianapolis In. Highschool Graduate from Wasington Highschool. Accounting Degree and long term employment with Pepsico Inc. Loves being is business for her self and loves raising our five children. Likes the outdoors and camping with the kids and there freinds. Very strong in the community, and very outgoing person. Marcy is the backbone of our business she can di it all from meet and greet the customer to delevering the car. She is the best.

As I signed the paperwork for the tow company, a beautiful young lady had me sign paperwork and suggested I give verbal agreement for my insurance company to come and pick up my car. That was just great. She saved me a trip in and sped things up with Insurance. Its nice to know there are still businesses out there that look out for their customers. They did't find anything else other then the original bank one sensor. They charge me $155.00 for a diagnostic that I had already received from another shop for free. They never mentioned the vehicle inspection or the charge for it until the vehicle was ready for pickup. Never again.

Wow...The best service and repair shop in Indiana. I had some work done on my car about 6 years ago and they stood behind their work ! The pearl paint had started to tint on a small part of my car. Everyone said ( including my insurance company) I could call the repair shop but that they would probably not fix it since it was over 5 years ago ! The owner had closed the shop I used but told me to bring it in and they would fix it..NO QUESTIONS ASKED , Hassel free and no paperwork needed. Quality Collision showed me there are good repair shops out there who take pride in their work !! I highly recommend them and will use them again even if they are 1.5 hours from my home. I retired from 35 years in the insurance business and I know what makes a great service center. New to Indiana I picked this shop after seeing so many 5 star reviews and doing my homework. They handled my wife's MB like it was their own and it came out beautiful. Best yet, we weren't inconvenienced in the least. They had our rental car waiting for us and had it returned for us. Went to have some paint damage repaired from someone hitting my car in a parking lot and he was nice enough to get an unrelated ding out of my door as well. Kevin and his team not only fixed the damages to my car, but returned it to me with full interior and exterior detailing, no extra charge. My car felt brand new when I left the shop.
