4 Cheese with Spicy Red Sauce topped with Arugula

I ordered a 4 cheese with spicy red sauce and arugula delivery I'm less than a quarter mile away at the Springhill Suites toppings were good not great and the crust was like chewing rubber. Not sure about this but the great reviews make me want to dine in and see what's up. Willing to give it another try

We had a break in our Track meet and decided to get food real quick. I ordered the half Carnivore Pizza and Greek Salad with Balsamic Dressing. It took less than 5 minutes in line and ordering. We sat outside since the weather was nice. The food was so good that I forgot to take a photo of the salad before eating it. I definitely will come back when I'm in town.

Pretty clean outside with nice umbrellas over tables with plenty of seating too

We pulled up and noticed it was pretty full inside with people enjoying their food (which was a good sign) and we finally found a place to park and walked inside. If we hadn't felt so rushed through the process, I think we would've enjoyed ourselves more because I simply didn't hear it when they told my husband that the build your own pizza was whatever toppings for the same price. I thought we had to keep them to only 3 and therefore didn't get what I really wanted on my pizza... I would recommend this being rectified by them telling the person ordering (each one) that the build your own pizza was unlimited toppings --whichever ones you want! Also, the tiny placards stating what was what were difficult to see...not old person friendly... Next time, I'll know and get what I'd like on my darn pizza! The drinks were limited and I'd also recommend them getting a Freestyle machine so there's a much better choice in drinks. I don't drink dark soda (ones with caramel coloring) and there weren't any options in zero sugar other than that, much to my disappointment... The pizza was pretty good, it was kinda clean, but I think we just beat the dinner rush because as we cleaned up after ourselves and turned to leave, the line was queing up past the door! We didn't get a chance to try the salads or anything else unfortunately, but next time should be better.

The $10 2 topping pizza and a drink deal is really good! The brick oven pizza is good, and there's lots of topping to choose from. The place is pretty small though, so maybe it gets packed during busy times. Our food was very good, the homemade lemonade was great, and it was clean and quick.

I went to Blaze Pizza for the first time today and thoroughly enjoyed it! I cannot eat cheese so I was very appreciative of their vegan cheese option. I loved that they have the option to create a custom pizza and the service was quick! I would definitely like to return.

    My perfect pizza!!!

The best pizza in Gainesville. it's fast, great taste, friendly staff! and great price. you cant get any better!

Andrew was the gentleman who took our order, he was so friendly and full of charisma. I ordered a build your own gluten free pizza with a glove change, and my boyfriend a regular build your own. My boyfriend noticed that the one associate who was pulling my pizza bread out did not change gloves and spoke up, Andrew clarified to him before it was too late thankfully. I hope this is corrected in the future as I am someone who would have an actual allergic reaction to gluten contamination. Troy assisted in building our foods, who changed gloves immediately for me and also pulled my toppings from underneath to ensure no cross contamination which I appreciated SO much! He was also very pleasant to speak with and very friendly! Shout out to those boys! Overall the entire restaurant needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained throughout the day as well. It was very dirty on the floor, food and trash all over and also the topping bar was very dirty as well. We have been to multiple Blaze Pizza's and this one by far both times we've come here is the absolute dirtiest of them. The remainder of the team was sorta in cahoots, the Lutz location has it down pat if they need some help with team operations/organizations. I appreciate Andrew and Troy for being so understanding and friendly! It is fine but much less personal than Satchels or Piesano's. They are too corporate!

    Do u make Greek pizzas?

I don't remember an explicitly Greek Pizza on the menu, but they have a build your own pizza with tons of topping options, so you could build your own if you wanted. They do have feta, chicken, olives, and cherry tomatoes, but I'm not sure about…

It wasn't exactly what I was going for, but that's more on me than the place. We also got a Pick Two combo: a strawberry banana smoothie (with oat milk, banana, strawberries, flax seeds, and agave) and the Thai Chicken Crunch salad (romaine, red cabbage, roasted chicken, carrots, celery, and wontons). Everything was decent and fresh, just nothing that really stood out flavor-wise. We took everything to go since we were busy getting her room set up, and it worked for what we needed--a quick, fairly healthy option. One thing I wish they offered was a smaller portion size; everything felt a bit too much for a light lunch.

My friend and I met after we parked our bikes. She was sitting outside, and as I was locking my bike, less than a block away, she texted me. I just walked to her without responding, and with a smile and a hug, we walked in to look at the menu. The sandwiches have some very creative names that go along with their creative construction. I got a #10, which was a fusion of French dip and Philly cheese!! I wanna buy the person a beer, whoever thought of that one! Even though it was busy, we didn't wait long to order. Every sandwich comes in a paper bag, so you can take it out or stay and munch. We got a combo with chips and a drink, because how else do you eat a big sandwich like this?! There are board games to play, decor that is not typical and a big display of Guy Fieri, from the Food Network, that lets you know this place is on America's culinary map. After the sandwiches were done, I brought them out to my friend Kimberly, who was saving our table. We both were hungry, so out of the wrap and in with the teeth. Mine was full of flavor and the fact that all the sandwiches are heat-pressed, made the texture very satisfying. The au jus was thick and delicious and made me think someone took great time and effort to make it. It is a casual restaurant, great for a date or a group of friends, or a solo quick lunch, that can also be a dinner as well. The food is somewhat pricey, but it delivers as a good meal with a creative touch. They could have emptied the garbage can more quickly, as it was more than overflowing, when I went to throw the garbage away. Memorable food, and makes me want to come back to try at least two other sandwiches that I read about.

We also ordered a couple of fountain drinks. The gyro meat was well seasoned and tender. The Greek salad was quite good. The chicken souvlaki, however, seemed to lack flavor and a bit dry. Portions were quite generous and the value was there. We actually packed our leftovers for some quesadillas later. If we do go back, I would order the gyro instead of the chicken souvlaki.
