Unfortunately every time that I order at this place it is never on time. It's a shame that the orders are never on time, especially when you're a cast member and you have very limited time on your break to get food. The pizzas are amazing and I can't complain about them. First, the place has greater potential. The service as ok. I have an allergy to olives. They were put off by my asking them to change out gloves. They said to tell the order taker, which we did. Secondly the pizza had very little cheese. It was scattered haphazardly around the pizza, the make station, and other ingredients. Thirdly the crust was burnt. All that said the flavor of the ingredients was good. I had the carnivore and my wife had the veggie. I think with some attention to detail it could be a 4.5 place. There is a designated pickup area inside and you just wait for them to set down your order there on/near some warmer stations. I came to this location on 6/11/26. I'm giving this a 4/5 due to customer service was great and the pizza was also good. My pizza was slightly burnt on the edges and bottom. The cook who was moving the pizzas was talking to other employees and I watched my pizza being cooked next to the fire for more time than it should have. I do recommend this place to the people who go to Disney Spring and are craving pizza. I had this place once before and it was good, with pizza being cooked to perfection. I wish the staffs name tags were readable but they were all so friendly and accommodating. It was no issue for them to chance their gloves and pull from toppings underneath to ensure no cross contamination for my gluten allergy. If you have not been to a blaze pizza, the build you own is a nice option where you pick you crust and sauce the proceed along the toppings line. One nice option is you can do half pizza and half salad. The staff at this location were not as helpful as other locations, but it is a busy store. Indoor seating is ok, but the long bench seating is not easy to navigate when it is busy. There is outdoor seating, but that can get pretty warm in the summer. read more

Came here late on a Friday night (after 9:30pm) for a quick bite to eat before the movies and the line was still out the door which was crazy to me. Luckily, it moved quickly. The food was fine - I ordered a take two with a Caesar salad and half a build-your-own pizza. The Caesar dressing is very rich and it's quite thick so ask for it on the side rather than on top like I did. It was far too much dressing and it was overwhelming. The pizza was good, they just took ages to bring it out even though people who ordered after me had already gotten their food. My biggest complaint, however, is the fact that the restaurant was filthy. Not just the seating area, but even the food prep stations. You could tell they hadn't cleaned up in a really long time and ingredients were falling into the wrong containers which is a nightmare scenario for anyone with allergies. Things were falling onto the uncooked pizza dough sitting on the shelves, there was a disaster in the counters, it was actually kind of gross to see. I'm thankful nothing that I ordered was particularly affected but the thought alone is concerning - if that's what they allow customers to see, what does it look like behind the scenes??? While standing in line at the service counter we watched several people compiling all types of extravagant concoctions, which we may do on our next visit, as they had many toppings to choose from. Due to the volume of business here you can be guaranteed that everything is fresh and has not been sitting out or recycled. Our pizzas were ready within 10 minutes it seemed like. They were thin crust, which was great, and outright delicious! And they were just the right amount of pizza, should you choose to consume the entire thing before heading back out to wander the grounds. The inside is well maintained. I was pretty impressed with this location! I came with a friend Wednesday evening, around 7. There was such a long line, wrapping around outside, but it moved very quickly and we didn't wait long at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend enjoyed the meatball parm pizza with added mushrooms and their blood orange lemonade. I opted to build my own pizza, which I added a bunch of veggies to with vegan cheese and vegan chorizo. It was delicious. My only issue was that the red sauce tub had some mozzarella cheese shreds dropped in it. I understand they were busy and most people probably don't care but as a vegan, and thinking of people with dairy allergies, I felt that it was careless and was disappointing for me to see. The order process is easy, and they have pizzas that are classics, and then you can create your own also. We ended up getting a cheese/bbq/carnivore and pepperoni and sausage. The cheesticks were really good and nice and cheesy. My favorite pie was the carnivore. It had pepperoni, ham, and meatball with mozzarella and balsamic glaze. The cheese and other meat pie was also good. The bbq pie had the right amount of chicken to bbq on it, in my opinion. The pies are thin, crust, and and crispy.
