Blaze Pizza. Italian sausage and green olive, and bacon spinach on other

Stopped in Blaze Pizza in Normal today. We were greeted immediately and welcomed. Jase took our order and was very helpful. We weren't rushed at all, and Jase pointed out options and meal deals. Restaurant was clean. Completely satisfied with the experience.

The first couple of times, we came here well over a year or so, and we were very pleased. Everything was great, from service to food. Today I couldn't be more disappointed in the service. Everyone had an attitude. No one smiled or greeted us. 2 of the staff members just stood there looking dumb founded. No one wanted to work. They barely sprinkle any ingredient on. You literally had to tell them to put more than 1 handful of shredded cheese. There was no way I was going to tip for crappy service. If you don't like your job, then quit!

Hands down to one of the best pizza spots in Bloomington. We ordered two custom built pizzas which turned out perfect. The staff was very helpful as well.

This trendy little place has quick service and great pizza. The options arnt that much different than you would find at any pizza place but quick oven firing makes this place the "fast food" of pizza. Plenty of pre designed delights or build your own. Price is decent and my favorite Blood Orange Lemonade is there (I add a touch of Sprite to bubble it up).

I used to really like this place. I ordered a large (14") meat eater pizza for $17. I've ordered it many times and have never had it so unevenly made before. I had to pull out atleast five whole garlic cloves from the sauce underneath and multiple while slices of jalapenos. There were parts that were too saucey, too cheesey, or too bare. There definitely weren't enough toppings on it. The ranch cup wasn't even filled up to the top. Overall, the flavor was good but this was way overpriced. Blaze I don't know what is going on but this was a very half-*ssed order

First time Blaze and it is worth my expectation! Build-your-own style, or pizza version of Subway. I recommend build your own pizza, but don't go crazy on the meat. I had 2 or 3 meat, and it felt too much and made me uncomfortable. However, do get as many veggies as your heart desires! Ask for extra sauce if you'd like. Sometimes the magic pizza makers are really light on their hands-don't get you enough ingredients to make the pizza tasty. The wait was about 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon. I would come back again.

I always love coming to blaze. Their pizzas are delicious and it is cheaper then going out to a restaurant. I love how you can add as many toppings as you want to your pizza and the ingredients are all fresh. Their ranch is so creamy, and I always need to get two cups of ranch with my pizza. The workers are always sweet and happy. They will give you whatever you want and more if you ask for more which is always nice. I love putting as much meat as I want on my pizza and putting different cheeses on my pizza. You can always try something different and mix things up. I love going to blaze for a good quality pizza.

Fresh ingredients and a great variety

We have been here several times now and will keep going back. The build your own is perfect for a family with picky eaters. All of the ingredients are fresh and right before your eyes to pick out. Pizzas are $7.95 and two could split one, depending on your appetite. The pizzas are cooked in a fire oven and are done within a few minutes. Crispy edges and cooked in the middle to perfection. Don't be fooled by a long line - it goes rather quickly and you can find a table with no problem. When the weather is nice, definitely sit outside. A lot of different teas to choose from and some "craft" soda as well (recommend the root beer).

Slow service. Fire'd pizza was a burned pizza. Slow and uncaring employees. We can ordered four pizzas three were burned.

A huge drink menu welcome us and we…read morehad the Beyond jalapeño cornbread for a starter, which proved to be quite yummy and not hot at all. We decided to go with the rustic pizzas that were delicious and unusual: harmony, Korean, chicken and loaded supreme. The crust tasted like it was from a woodfired oven and the Korean chicken pizza was so unusual and tasty with kimchi and pickled shiitake. The fresh from the forest mushroom side dish they gave us a special treat to us was quite a delicacy. Even the farm to table items they have for sale when you walk in to take home are a treat, Especially the homemade marshmallows! Ended with dessert of a fresh orange olive oil cake with just tremendous flavor and blood orange on the side and orange marmalade on the cake. It served exquisitely with a side of homemade ice cream that was to die for. We can't wait to come back! Our waitress, Lupe, treated us like family and was incredibly personal and warm. Put this on your must visit List.

We started with the sashimi plate. The fish was fresh- including tuna, salmon, shrimp- placed over small celery bites. A variety of sauces were dotted around the plate's edge. The dish would have benefited from some ginger and more sauce. Our entrees included Pork Coppa Ramen- which was a solid dish- strong beef broth flavor and the sambal (chili sauce) -a few cents extra- added a good depth of flavor. The fish bowl- tuna, salmon- with rice, pickled veggies, and gim (Korean seaweed) was tasty. It was even tasty the next day cold out of the fridge. Our server Jack did a nice job- we sampled their roasted carrots- and they were actually our favorite bite. We also had the potato graten and they were tasty- but could have been easily skipped with our Asian dinner vibe. The restaurant has a great eclectic historical vibe and was busy on a Friday night, but still felt spacious. The drink menu is a good selection- we enjoyed wine with dinner (a solid Pinot noir). I would definitely go back to have the pizza- which looked delicious at a couple of the neighboring tables. This is a great date night venue or girls night out.
