This was my first time ordering from Firehouse Subs and I was very excited to try the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub. Sadly, despite its name, there were only two pieces of turkey on my sandwich. While the cranberry sauce and stuffing were good, the sub felt very light and I feel like I paid for mostly bread. The sub did not appear as advertised and was not satiating in the slightest. Three solid stars for Firehouse Subs. I don't live in the area, but I was pleasantly surprised this was here and happy they allowed dine-in (this is the time of the pandemic). I had the New York Steamer. I'm not sure what made this New York, nor was it steaming. The sandwich itself tasted great, but it took 15 to 20 minutes to make, and it was devoid of anything other than lettuce, a little bit of corned beef and pastrami, and cheese. The flattened mess I was served looked nothing like the plumped up menu photo. At first, I thought about complaining how paltry the sandwich looked, but it was tasty so I ate it and left. Had the person who took my order let me know I could've had a lot of extra toppings, I would've dressed the sandwich to make it more appetizing. But...the service folks were cranky, I was a tired traveler, and I just wanted to eat it and go. read more

OMG!! Wow! This place is phenomenal. I found out about this place a couple of months ago when my friend brought me here for the first time. For some reason, I had no idea they were located where they are. I was excited to try a new sandwich place because I love sandwiches. As I took my first bite, I was immediately blown away by the amazing taste. So fresh and delicious. The bread is so soft and fresh. I don't think I can ever eat at a subway again after eating here!!! In addition, they do an excellent job keeping this location very clean. Since my first trip here a couple of months ago, I have been back several times. The great taste has greeted me each time back. The customer service has been wonderful as well. My go to sandwiches are the engineer and the hook and ladder. This might just be the best sandwich place in town! So...I have not had Firehouse Subs in almost 2 years. I decided to sign up for Door Dash. Firehouse Subs showed up. It felt like the right time to give them another shot. The New York Steamer sounded pretty good. It's corned beef brisket and pastrami, melted provolone, deli mustard, mayo, and Italian dressing. They offer 3 sizes of subs. Small, medium, and large. I got the large, of course. My sub was amazing. I was taken aback how delicious it was. Be mindful that the sub is a little messy. It dropped through the bag. Not a huge issue. Let's fast forward 3 days. I made a trip to Mega Replay. Looked over and saw Firehouse Subs. I made another trip in to get a New York Steamer. The lady running the register was very friendly. Helpful even. I got my order for take out. My New York Steamer craving hit again this past Friday August 9, 2019 at approximately noon. I ordered my sub. The guy gave my wife her cup. I said yes to a drink. No cup was handed to me. I questioned whether he heard me. I looked at the receipt to see if it was on there. My wife walked up the counter. The original guy had walked away. The employees looked over at her but it felt like none of them wanted to come over. Finally the guy comes over and says yeah, his comes with a drink and chips. So why didn't you hand me the cup!? They give you a number to place on the table. The girl who brought the food out didn't take. I thought they were supposed to. I thought about taking it up when I left but opted not to. If they wanted to leave it there then who I am to question that? I find a sandwich that I really enjoyed. All I want now is good customer service consistently. I love that sandwich but I'll abandon it if it continues like it was. That sub did earn them an extra star though. read more

Had Firehouse Subs over my lunch break. We went around 1:30 which seems like a perfect time to go because it wasn't very busy. I had the Hook and Ladder which was delicious. I will say the the sun took longer than I anticipated for it not being busy but we weren't in a rush so it was no big deal. I was also super pumped to find that the they have the drink dispenser with all the crazy flavors I like. I know that these annoy some people because only 1 person can get a drink at a time, however I love me some Peach Sprite so it's totally worth it. I also downloaded their reward app so I got the drink for free. #winning read more

Probably one of the best sandwich places I've ever been to. The sandwiches taste fresh, great service, and they have a great number of sandwich choices. They sandwiches are absolutely stacked with ingredients depending on what sandwich you get. I never feel like I got robbed here. They also help the community by donating to firefighters! read more

Let me just start with the fact that they greet you when you get there. I think this is a really great business practice. The people are very friendly and care about doing the sandwich right the first time. The meatball sub was better by a longshot than another local sandwich place. First time trying fire house sub. Oh my God the sandwiches were phenomenal. The turkey bacon ranch and the brisket and cheese were out of this world. The barbecue sauce on the beef and cheese was the best bar none. And we had cookies words were wonderful the lemon tasted amazing. The only downfall is to get a large sub it was like $14. Just today, I had the brisket cheddar. A 4 inch snack that was almost all bread. It had a few slices of flavorless meat, BBQ sauce that I couldn't taste, and 1/10 of an ounce of cheddar cheese, if that. And to top it off, I had to wait 15 minutes for it, though there were only a few customers ahead of me and 3 employees making sandwiches. The lady at the counter was mad at me for ordering a sandwich and she assured me she was only doing her job- nothing more. Bonus- I asked for no tomatoes and she still put them on. Every sub I've had there is great. The problem I have with this establishment is the staff seems miserable every time I go there. I suspect due to under staffing as several times I've been there there is only one person making the sandwiches AND having to ring customers out which often times results in a wait for the customers too. Which is not the fault of the staff but of management. Makes me think there are other issues that customers don't necessarily see. I hope they can do something to improve moral because I like their subs quite a bit. First time trying Firehouse Subs and it's safe to say we will be back! The ingredients were fresh and very flavorful. Good variety of sandwich types, which are served warm (works for me but I know some prefer a cold sandwich.) They have a Coke Freestyle machine which my kids love. Maybe I caught them at a bad time but I didn't find anyone greeting me at all when I walked in. Everyone looked stone faced and like they were forcing themselves to go through the motions. In fact the cashier did not greet me at all till I just kept staring at her waiting for her to say something. The sandwiches were average. The bread was somewhat soggy and the chicken was way too thick. My friend's steak sandwich tasted like phony meat. It would be zero stars if I could give that. My buddy and I went the other day because they do not have one where he lives and what a mistake it was. They didn't get either order right. My friend kept his but I sent mine back because I ordered it with no green peppers, the crew member brought it back after several minutes of trying to pick off all of the peppers, I declined. At $24.38 for two large combos it was no where near value to cost. For eleven bucks I could get a pound of roast beef and make 3 excellent sandwiches. 38 years in the restaurant industry and this is in my top 5 of awful service, presentation and product. read more
