Have been to Blaze before pre-vegan and it's just been okay or good. Visiting this location as a vegan, I will say it was incredible. Blaze has various vegan options as they have vegan cheese and chorizo, as well as many veggies to choose from. Pizza was delicious with vegan cheese, vegan chorizo, roasted red peppers, artichoke, garlic, tomato and onion. Definitely finish it off with balsamic! So good! The staff at this location was the best we have ever visited. Very welcoming and attentive. The pie was covered in big chunks of roasted garlic. Pick your style or go with one of their artisan suggestions. Initially it looked sketchy and like it would be a fast food version of a pizza, but it actually tasted pretty good. I had the Art lovers with pepperoni and my daughter had a plain cheese. Everything is fresh and pretty low in calories for a pizza. They're out of the oven in about five minutes--so quick. Similar to a California pizza kitchen, but smaller and lighter. I would say that if you're looking for a traditional pizza, this isn't the place to go. Not impressed. This used to be our favorite place but they are going downhill fast. The last two orders I've placed were super light on sauce. One was an internet order, and the other in store. My son didn't want to make a problem and speak up, but both sauce bins were out of sauce and they didn't think to get more they just put a little tiny bit on the pizza. Once again, this Blaze Pizza disappoints!! For the second time in a row, they TOTALLY messed our order up! I ordered two different pizzas and they switched the toppings between the two pizzas. They had it listed in the receipt correctly....just as I had ordered it online. But when I got home and opened them, they were both wrong. Still very good pizza, which is why I'm giving 2 stars, even though I'm pissed. A few weeks back they did the same thing to us PLUS they burned the two pizzas too. Great pizza, but not too warm when picking up to go. Quick heat up in the oven when you get home and it is excellent pizza. The caprese salad (with the balsamic glaze) is ah-mazing!! Normally I would give this place a 5 star, but so disappointed tonight. Came in at 7:15 pm (they close at 10). My go-to is a mushroom and black olive. **CELIACS BEWARE*** THIS LOCATION IS NOT GLUTEN CONSCIOUS!!!!! stopped by this blaze pizza location this afternoon (7/9/21) and was super excited that they had opened on in my hometown because of the gluten free pizza option I have enjoyed at other locations. I asked for the gluten free crust and for my pizza to be prepped in the back because of my allergy to gluten. The staff members behind the counter looked at me as if I had 2 heads and told me there was no separate prep station for allergies. They got me fresh sauce and then used the rest of the toppings from the regular line. I was hesitant but ate a few slices of the pizza I had paid for. Anyone with food allergies knows it doesn't take much time to feel the effects of the allergy before my family had even finished their meal I was in the bathroom sick as a dog from the cross contamination I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning! Ordered online from this location two separate times and had my food "stolen" both times? I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order to be re-made. THE WORST!...experience I've had an a long time!!! The entire staff of "kids" was more into themselves than serving the customer! The young gal at the ordering end of the line was trying to be helpful but became impatient and rude very quickly. The the guy making my pizza dropped it on the floor as he has carrying it to the oven! Nobody knew what to do and just stood around looking at the mess on the floor until the guy who dropped it showed up with a broom and bucket. They finally got around to re-making my pizza when I was asked if I had paid yet. I said no and was rung up with barely an apology. The pizza is mediocre at best! but I guess that's what you get for $12. Domino's and Papa Johns is better for the same price. I will not be recommending Blaze Pizza to anyone or ever going back.
